Had a practice this am and could not get consistent results with my 2 finger UH shot.Started playing around with the YURI and started to see Primary hits and yes one or two short hands.Changed the prelaunch dice positioning on table and saw some great numbers including my last hand of 10 four & ten primary hits.Stopped playing ! Did not wait to finally 7 out.Collected my observations and went over them in my mind.Will be going to live play soon.Stay Tuned!

Dave It is a good thing to try different shots and grips and so on, nothing works for everyone one and you never know what will work for you. Having said that, if you watch this video you will see every shot hits the table at a different spot and the bounce of the dice is very different with every shot. It reminded me of the A high show where it was assumed just throwing for hours makes you better. fwhat I have seen over the past 10 years is that no matter what shot or grip you use, you need to hit the table in the same spot and limit the bounce after you hit the table as much as you can. A random guy can win and a dice controller can win, but if the dice controller throws like a random guy, he cant say it was the shot that made him win and surely cant say the way to win big is to bet big on a shot that is random. tdb
Tdb Good post! Had another 2 point hand last night on my way home.Was practicing today with the 2 finger YURI! Gets getting used to this unique grip.What I observe.A tighter inflight and more control.Will try it next in live play.
