Allow me to clear things up a bit.....Once the dice ARE successfully positioned in my hand, there is very little problems with the release ( even though it's only 80-90%).

The problem is SOMETIMES picking the dice up CORRECTLY ( Pain free) in order to toss them. If the errant finger starts to stiffen....I simply cannot execute, & am FORCED to transition to a different toss altogether.

I've had this arthritis for over three years now. I'm not one to make excuses. If I lose..it was because I tossed poorly. End of story.

However, I WILL say that I can no longer toss a underhand toss that I was very comfortable with & brought me a lot of wins.
There is absolutely no physical pain, & I am not constantly hurting.
Only problem is that I have trouble " pinching" the dice together.
It is what it is. Life goes on as we age. Gotta take the good with the bad.
I still enjoy playing craps, & tossing the dice. THAT will NEVER change.

    Best of luck with that.
I imagine you understand what Linaways
goes through also just to play the game.

Makes a guy feel lucky just to be able to play. It is good that you have
G to play with as much as you can.

Yep, & one thing that I can say about ( G).....he never ridicules me, or even MENTIONS my condition. He'll stand there patiently as it sometimes takes me longer than normal to grip the dice.

However, with my stacked Dice tosses....I can grip them with no problems.
Another thing about tossing with ( G) is that it's " No nonsense"! No bullshitting me just to remain friends.
If something ain't right, he'll tell you immediately, & NOT necessarily tell you it's wrong, but simply TRY a few modifications.

He suggested something with my overhand toss, & SO FAR....it's working!!!
It's just simply a pleasure to toss with someone that won't PUSH their beliefs upon you, & not chastise you for YOUR level of belief in influence.

Case in point: I have this totally unconventional random toss. Its a toss that I can just grip, & toss. No meticulous preparation necessary.
Well...G said: " Top, the toss is random, but if your tossing numbers with it, & it's putting money in your rack....roll with it, but just realize that it's NOT an influenced toss.

The schools, Guru's would have said: " Don't toss that way"!!! THAT'S WRONG!!

We think pretty much alike, because we just want to win....pretty, or ugly toss. Makes no difference. Whatever toss is putting money in the rack....THAT'S what matters.
You're not gonna get too many guys willing to help you that says: Try this,,& let's see what happens"!
Normally with the schools, it's....Do it THIS WAY, or get the fu**k on down the road!!!

Even after years of dice tossing I guess one can be stuck in a black and white situation where you can never make up your mind.

All have their opinions on CRAPS & Blackjack.

As to BJ Card Counting, I have never seen your 20% Card Counting Advantage Expressed, unless you are taking it out of context & claim the 20% for a Specific Point Count & very few cards left to draw from, not an overall advantage for a BJ scession.

Years ago, I modified a BJ Card Counting computer program, taking it to the Second Level, where One varies their Initial Bet on Point Count & also Alters Slightly, the way they play, based upon the then current Card Count.

With a TWO LEVEL Card Count, (which very few can use), the best my computer program could develop was a 3% advantage, for Single Deck with one player Vs the Dealer. That 3% was about cut in half with two decks & or two players at the table.

Needless to say, with Casino Countermeasures currently in place, BJ is no longer Profitable for Card Counters in general.

As Slots are generally a losing proposition that leaves CRAPS for the intelligent gambler to play around with.

Yes, most will lose @ Craps, but a few will win consistently, with all striving to get their technique down.
