Actually, in my book, I have the ninth roll, cumulative probability is 80.62....not 999987 %........for a 7 to show. I suggest you spend more time in the beginners section. 777
The key is most hands are very short affairs.....why not admit to that and take some kind of action to factor that into your play. Qualifying the shooter and/or the 5 count will save you alot alot of money.....what's the hurry.......a long hand will come eventually, and if you are still at the table, you will catch it. 777
This is Barney You are correct since I have never played the game of craps but the numbers is what poop was quoting from the wiz of Vegas the Shackleford personage charts.
of course I am correct..........it's me or shackeford....you must choose........one or the other....... According to the principle of non-contradiction, a thing cannot be and not be at the same time.....if you have read aristotle, you would be familiar with this. 777
A six roll hand is the five counters PSO. If you are so afraid to bet, why did you go to a casino? The five preserves capital, only when you are NOT BETTING. If you are really “chicken shit”, go to a twenty count, and preserve even more capital.
This is Barney I saw a movie once about Aristotle and he is not familiar with quantum mechanics. The LID says their are quarks and the other 17 fundamental particles (up, charm, top, gloom, Higgs, down, strange, bottom, photon, electron, muon, tau, z boson, electron neutrino, muon neutrino, tau neutrino, and a boson) that can and cannot be at same time. LIDs claim was verified by the late Max Planck who was an amazing dice controller. Personally, I don't know what the shit the LID is talking about similar to Kokos posts
This might be a little extreme. I mean, how would you define, “educated”? And, just for the sake of argument, how would you define “living”?
I won't criticize someone for using a 5 count to qualify shooters. It's their money, it's their call how to bet it at the craps table. To each their own when it comes to making bets in the casino. That being said, I don't use the 5 count. I go to the casino to gamble and/or watch games.
From a standpoint of logic, the five count makes no sense. That being said, from a standpoint of economics, going to a casino makes no sense, unless you have an “angle”. You poor bastards.
As you are undoubtedly aware, there are many different ways to approach betting at the craps table. No one size fits all betting approach will ever be optimal for all craps players. I bet on just about every shooter, though the amounts, bet types and pressing will vary. That is my adjustment. I also tend to play at tables where I know several of the shooters have had long rolls in the past. No guarantees for a repeat during a given session, of course, but I'll take my chances betting more aggressively with someone who (in the past) has hit the All All twice before a 7 out. Agree it is imperative to have sufficient bankroll remaining to be in position to take advantage of a long roll when it (finally) happens. If a player is fortunate, that long roll happens early in the session.
