Dice betting strategies can be exciting i.e. Hawaiian Craps Shooters or very boring like KoKo' s one horse( blind) one bet come strategy that if everybody played would cure insomnia. Maybe the Duck' s has some excitement in it? Or TDB' s which changes every 2 minutes! I know Heavy got some exciting plays or MP'' s 4 & 10 strategy. Even Basic can step it up. DeMango may give the Hawaiian crew a run for their money,
Yo, Giuliani-lite -- Do you equate "exciting getting (sic) strategy" with winning at the craps table? Because if you do, there's a bridge for sale...
I m equating winning strategies that are not boring. Isn't worth my time to be put to sleep at the dice table. Regression and 4 & 10 strategies are not boring. Also it is not boring having the skill to implement your strategy. Another boring strategy is a pl bet with odds period. Or for that matter a DP w odds. Yes you can win but it's boring. Of co boring people so maybe they prefer
Mathematically, there is *NO* betting strategy that, by itself, will guarantee a player will win in craps. A bettor needs something else, be it DI, favorable variance, luck -- whatever -- in order to prevail at the tables. That being said, a "better" betting strategy can help increase profits when the going is good and mitigate losses when things aren't going well. In the end, every player has their own factors/criteria that dictate how they bet at the craps table. BTW, some might find regression to be worse than getting a root canal (no offense intended, Koko). Regression causes depression, right?
Dave how about just using your head??????? Anyone can get on here and say well here is how i play, i start with $120 6 & 8 and since they are the most often seen numbers. Now i press these twice so I can get to atleast $360 on each as soon as i can. Or i place across and press the first two times each number hits and take one, then press again. I start with $410 iron cross play and win the first hit and then start at $66 inside and hardways and press to the moon. I play $440 inside and the field, i take all my field wins and press the 6 & 8. Now if your buy in is $1000 or less every system to win big is a pipe dream, you cant win big unless your willing to lose big. And getting lucky is not a system. I have played a lot in Biloxi, and Tunica and vegas and Wisconsin, and Deadwood, I can count on one hand the number of shooters that I would bet the bank on, and none of those were in Biloxi. Dicesetter
Random-roller It is all relative, look at the video " breaking Vegas" it was said Doms 45 minute roll made him a household name in craps. Anyone that has worked at it has many rolls of 50 or 60 or more rolls which is well over 45 minutes. My buddy made $52,000 on one of his rolls, but truth be told, most of us have many more short rolls than long rolls, and it makes shooters bet smaller than they would like so when they do have a nice roll they dont make as much as they should. Dicesetter
My strategy can be boring sometimes, but if it gets too bad, I just take a couple of shots into a white Toyota Carolla filled with unarmed, innocent civilians and children.
Excitement? Well, that usually involves risk. As a rule, most would want to minimize risk, aka. Excitement. I think I have just what you’re looking for, reduced risk, while increasing the chance of a winner. $300 buy-in, with both progression and regression, semi-hedging, low H/E bets only, AND the the dealers Fkin hate it. This play has it all Dave, and did I mention, it’s pretty damned good too.
No Dave, “ONLY THE LOWEST H/E BETS”. Now go get a pencil, and come back with the right answer. I’ll give you one more clue, I HATE THE ODDS BET.
You are playing the 6&8 which are low H/E. Confused about the hedge.Maybe laying against a 5 or 9 $31 no 9 then take it down after a hit.Maybe $18 6&8 and reduce to $12 on first hit & remove hedge!
