Underhand or overhand makes no difference! When the dice hit the Diamond backwall, they are RANDOMIZED. I fail to see how your methods prevent this from happening.

The proper UH throw will result in a higher on axis %. The question remains if you have any pitch influence, because if you don't you will have double pitch results, disaster for the HW set.

    LOL...
Oh, of what reality will this be in?

In this reality, the square dice hitting a diamond backwall, as such as found on a Craps tables in just about any casino, totally randomizes the dice. How does the Physics of DI get around that, and how does Math then give you the advantage.

And it means nothing! The Diamond backwall will randomize any dice that hit it.

I thought you were on a don't strategy. Now it's the 4&10 betting right. Changing on a dime? You will not post a video because it belongs in the Hightower Chronicles. Nothing wrong with $200 with a 50% loss limit.

LOL... Are you serious! Pray tell me, what then makes the diamond backwall 'not even an afterthought.'

    Please tell me!

I rarely hit them. Hit the lower base yes and that can cause bouncing but the actual pyramids - no. Tabletop does not hit them and I am sure Lone Irish does not either.

"When you can shoot like a pro" - be sure that you are properly analyzing your results when calculating primary face hits, TO ENSURE that your results are TRULY on-axis.

The eyes can be VERY deceiving, if you do not know what to look for. (Hint: viewing top numbers only is VERY misleading).

For those who may not know - expectation of on-axis is NOT 44.4%, as is easliy seen if you know what to look for:

Actual on-axis expectation is 16.7% IF you allow ANY arrangement of starting set axial array appearing at outcome count as on-axis.

For the more discerning (and the more correct, in terms of being TRULY on-axis), expectation is 1 in 24, or 4.1%.

Finally, if you want results defined as accurately as possible, even the 1 in 24 does not account for the possibility of inversion, so that in reality, the often stated/misunderstood 2% number is what it is.

Merry Christmas to pro and amateur shooters alike.

Ugghhh, I claim no influence, but you CAN find a spot on the layout (it's usually when you land directly on the word "Passline" ) that allows your dice to bounce ONLY once, & land right AT the base of the back wall, or (worse case scenario) no higher than the lower row OF pyramids.

However, this does NOT influence the end result of the toss! Actually, I thought it was pretty routine that Most landed the toss within three inches OF the back wall, & moved back until they found the correct spot (once again, USUALLY the word "Passline" ) that allowed THE dice TO take ONLY one bounce, & drop AT the base OF the back wall!

Pretty easy to do, but you're only influencing "the toss ", NOT the numbers that the dice result in!

You can also land at the "Crotch" OF the back wall to kill the bounce. However, IT requires a VERY accurate landing iN order to accomplish this!

These comments are interesting, considering Dave has never met or shot with either. I think (but obviously do not know) that the same applies for Dave with respect to Tabletop, MP, Superrick, Harley and Howard RR, all of whom who are known to have shot the dice a few times.

Other than reading what they write on this board, how is it possible to know anything about someone you have never met?

Just as a reader of threads, it seems to me that DeMango and Lone Irish take the same approach in their discussions with (and at) Dave, yet Dave feels quite differently about the two and their abilities and possibilities.

On another matter, each die is going to show with one of six spot arrangements on top, two of four others looking at you, and two others in array.

Whether the spots are under our influence we should leave to discussion between the sites two best-known fecal obsessives, only one of whom is affirmative on the matter, and who in fact no longer seems to be with us.

Dave, once again you show your ignorance when it comes to everybody on this board. You have never seen DeMango, or anybody else on a table, so you can't say shit about how they bet or shoot.

Tabletop made a good post, and he would have taken you for every penny you had in your pocket back in the day! There is a sucker born every minute and you fit the profile! But as tabletop said your very entertaining I put you right up there with your hero mp. So I wish you and everybody else on this board a very Merry Christmas. May you wake up and find what you have been wishing for underneath your Christmas tree if you have one!
