The whole thing is so simple that it seems to be causing some people trouble in that simplicity....over thinking!

Roll any biased dice, with what ever bias you choose, at what ever frequency you choose. No matter what number shows on the bias dice.......rolling the fair dice along side it always, and always, will have an expected sevens frequency of 1-6.

If the bias dice lands on a 3 showing, the only possible seven is if the fair dice rolls a 4.......a 1-6 expectation.

The same for any other number the bias dice lands on. The expected results for a seven is always 1-6, rolled one time, six times, 36 times, a million time!

If you have two dice at home, you can prove this to yourself.

Just take one dice and pretend it has a bias, set it down on what you think the bias will produce. Now take a look at the 6 sides of the fair dice, and see how many of them will pair with the bias dice that you have set down to see how many of those sides will produce a seven....only one of them, right! The expectation is1-6, always. :)

True. You get less total number of 7s, and because the frequency of all other numbers is also reduced, the probability of rolling a seven remains at 1/6.

Maybe you are right. I was going on a new "30" roll distribution.

You do get less of some numbers.....those requiring a 3.

I hope ET notices the opposite side sum of 7 having has no bearing on the result.
He seems to have abandoned that idea. What a turd.

ee, you make such ridiculous statements.
    everyone cares about losing money.
so with all your knowledge, are you completely avoiding craps tables or are you playing at 100 dollar min tables? Seems to me if you've found something the casino doesn't want you to know about, and know favored outcomes, you should be cleaning up.
if not, Id think you are the one who doesn't care about your money, because I for one would be pounding away taking as much away from every casino on earth until youd read about me in every news paper and published articles about the long island guy who figured out the casinos cheating ways and beat them at their own game, and now the casino wants their money back.

I was playing at Taj AC one afternoon, winning, winning big, and was hitting hardways heavy, and hitting several of them.
A hard six or eight came in, and when I wasn't paid, I said, whoa......wheres my hardway? the dealer looked at the pit boss, the pit boss looked at me, I blurted out, maybe he took it by mistake when someone threw money in for some center bet, so the pit boss said, pay him.

no one remembered if the number came up soft. Neither did I, maybe it did, but it was 100 dollars in my pocket.

An even better way, would be to have one die biased to fall on odd, the other biased to fall on even. These two dice would have twice the number of 7s when both biases showed, also no 6s,8s,10s, or 4s, and the 9s and 5s would still be in normal proportion, to the 7s. This would normally be a very good bias for the house, after the come out. And the robots went from 10 to 38.

There is none, there are only 6 "perfect solids". None of them has 5 sides. maybe only 5, I'm too old for this stuff.

Even if the # of sevens stays at 1 in 6, if there are fewer other #s, and with a 3 up, definitely fewer 10s, then the 7 is no longer 6/36 but 6/something less, therefore, proportionally more 7s.
NO WAY, this is the entire foundation, of " quantum sevens". EE2 needs a new hairstyle, and to stop wearing socks, this will go a long way, with those guys in Oslo.

    FYI:
If you just want a die that has five numbers that occur with equal probability you could either have a pentagonal prism (7 faces, two don't count) which you have to roll (with the end faces unmarked), or you could have a regular icosahedron (20 faces) with each of the five numbers repeated four times on the faces, which could be tossed in the usual way.

How about a dodecahedron, with 2 of each number, might take it a while to come to rest.

It has 12 faces. What happens to the extra two? You need sides that are multiples of 5.

are you a craps humanitarian? you feel the need to preach to people who don't believe in what you are telling them? why do you care and persist with what Im guessing is 25 exact same postings in this thread alone.
move on, if youre doing good at tables, just move on and be happy, anyone who doesn't want to listen to your advice or suggestions, why do you care?
