Hi Fellow Crappers, I am flying into LV tonight to the Venetian for 3 nights. They gave me a free suite and then they upgraded it this past week. The Welcoming Reservation email says I have to wear a mask if I am not vaccinated (I am - Pfizer) I don't think they can or will enforce it. Table games and craps will be played without masks, and no smoking or vaping allowed in the Casino, I am a triple molly player and that strategy works best for me with a ten dollar pass bet. $25 min pass bets means I have to go to a place bets inside at $100 invested a throw. If the table is cold, I am paying for a college education for the pit chief. So for me, table limits are important. I also want to see how crowded it is; condition of the pools, price of food. I'll figure it all out and report back to everyone on this forum. My bankroll is $3k; lose $3k and I hang in the pool area with the Mrs. Win $3k, I pay for drinks at the pool area with the Mrs. he he he. ~~~~Amzngguy
Let us know what the table min and max is. The wife and I haven't been to the Venetian for a couple years. Good luck.
No smoking in the entire casino? I did not hear anything about any casino suspending smoking rules beyond a few having no smoking at tables during the pandemic. I think those rules have been relaxed as well. Plexiglass has been coming down too. The only no smoking resort right now is Park MGM...the old Monte Carlo. Car was reading 111 yesterday on east side. You’ll miss the worst of it. 90-100.
TD, I read no smoking in their welcome email to me. Since I will be there starting this evening, I will let you know. I haven’t been in Vegas for 18 months.
I do not like the 3-4-5 odds offered at Venetian/Palazzo, but have had a couple of nice wins there. Hope you take a bunch of $$ from them amz!
IMO, them "forcing" you into place betting sucks. I wouldn't do it. Before doing that, I would simply play 2 or 3 $25 DC's, no odds at first, then lay them if you choose to when ahead. If you must play the Do, just play one at a time until playing with "their" money.

I saw 1-2 $10 and $15 tables early Friday morning. The going tables are $25 and Saturday night - most were $50.
I ended up just at the Palazzo, winning about $1,100 and betting anywhere from $100 to $600 a throw, but they rate me an average player. WTF. I guess I am average.
Mebbe the Virgin should take up Hard Rock's hosting of the national pornography convention. That should attract customers.
I think if they would host the "National Nose Pickers" convention, they would draw a more "diversified" crowd. Classier too.
you and your wife should pregame in the room with the drinks.....save a couple of grand. venetian had by far the best standard hotel room Ive ever been in....like a suite....2 levels, their suites must be fabulous. enjoy. win
