Hey Barney, I'm taking a different route back home and had stopped off at Horseshoe Southern Indiana and a few other casinos in the area. Was hoping to throw dice with Lid, but didn't see anyone wearing a skunk hat at the craps tables. Where is Lid? Is it possible he fell asleep and is now trapped behind a newly-constructed wall at Horseshoe? As you know, they're building a new land-based casino to replace the venerable riverboat currently in use.
This is Barney The LID is in southern Indiana this week also. He played in a tub craps table and enjoyed it very much except suits made him take off his skunkhat because other players complained due to cramped conditions since 6 players would fill up tub table. He was at Belterra and Hollywood to name a few of the Ohio River run.
Hey Barney, thanks for the response. I left Horseshoe Southern Indiana yesterday afternoon. Really like the tables there. Walked by the tub at Belterra a few days ago. It was closed. Played at Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg and Rising Star before a quick late night stop at Belterra on the way to Horseshoe. Skipped Jack Casino Cincinnati since I had stopped by there in April. I'll catch up with Lid another time.
This is Barney Since the main river road constantly falls into river, I hope detours into hills of Switzerland didn't befuddle you much like it does me when I drive for the LID...
Yeah, the GPS was working overtime when I was driving around that part of Indiana. Kept thinking Bigfoot might appear while I was driving late at night. Very desolate & dark on those back country roads.
This is Barney, We haven't been to the Rising Star since the PacMan incident but did you happen to notice if LIDs 45K craps win is still on the walll of fame walk into the boat?
Sorry Barney, I wasn't paying attention to casino marketing. Was too busy trying not to get run over by oxygen cart toting geriatrics racing towards their favorite slot machine.
