other casino games topic also includes slots. so guys, what is your favorite one? start from myself. Dracula by NetEnt <3
I've never put a dime (or whatever denomination they take) into a slot machine in my life. Can these be controlled by experts just like dice can be?
The one that pays me well after a couple of bets. I play em all and move on if they don't pay back. First night at Stratosphere, a Tuesday night / Wednesday morning my wife and I went thru the floor from one end to the other seeking a payout. Took about a hour and neither hit anything of note. Blew thru about $150.00 each. Of course didn't hit every machine but enough to know the features were inactive. The next morning before leaving we hit a few more and the results were absolutely different. Passed one fellow who hit for $600 max betting a wolfrun machine. It was dead the night before. I hit for 800 quarters and then 1000 on the Wheel of fortune. Took a taxi to the Billagio instead of bus. That was the only win enjoyed in Vegas on the machines for the next three days. Bellagio. Ceasars, Windom, Luxor, Mandelay Bay, MGM, Paris, Harra's, Balley, Hit em all........ Slots suck. Then went down town and played Craps to luckly win most of it back.
Minor?? That good LOL Tonight my bride hit the grand prize on a machine for $1003 on three .60 cent bets. She had to hold my arm as we walked to cash it in. I know it stunned her. She never shares. Tonight she gave me a c-note. I,m having it laminated and framed in gold.
7uwin, What is 5/9 and 6/9. From your post I'm guessing DDB or DB is better than just the plain Jacks or Better. Why?
it is the payout for full house and flush They use those 2 numbers to identify the payout table for a game. Many places you can find the same games with with different payout tables, it is easier to just name those 2 payouts than name all of them ..... I think
Thanks for the info. I have seen the game options for video poker. Didn't realize the payouts. I would always play the Jacks or Better game. I'll check it out next time I'm in Laughlin.
Go to Wizard of Odds site, and click on VP, they give all the pay schedules and % pay back for all the variations of the game. If you are going to play VP, which is a very volatile game, you should at least know the best pay machines to invest your money in.
I play craps more than any VP machines. When I'm not at the tables I will sit at the bar with my brother inlaw. All he plays is VP at the bar only. He has a weird strategy. If he gets lets say any pair 10's or lower and a jack. He keeps the jack and the pair He says he keeps the jack or anything higher for the kicker. Doesn't work for me but he likes playing that way and gets more 2 pairs than you would think are possible. I try to tell him 3 of a kind is better pay. He says that more times than not he gets 2 pair. Trying for 3 of a kind is too hard to get. It's his luck not mine
If I get free play...I hit the Buffalo slots. If you hit the bonus and keep getting additional free spins during the bonus, it can add up. Plus I like hearing..."Bufff---aaa--Low!!!!"
my wife loves that one too, I've been know to drop a few bucks, if she's playing that one and there is a seat next to her. That's a fun one
I'll look for the buffalo s next time I'm in laughlin. My wife is the slots player. She probably knows where they're at. Is it a penny machine? Yes I know for max win I need to play max bet. That penny usually turns into $1.40 every spin
