The ones who think they know their way is the best way, are often their own worst enemy. I was at a table one Sunday afternoon a couple years ago with the only other player being the self proclaimed greatest DI in the world. He was tossing a perfect double pitch 3/4, 1 out of 3 rolls and was too proud to take what the table was giving him and go to the dark side.
Top I think that is how you said your friend G bets...….I noticed you have not been getting on here and insulting G everyday, I dont think James has indicated he finished (every) day ahead and is $40,000- $80,000 ahead just last year.....have you been questioning G about that, Talk about rubbing nuts.....maybe there is more here than there appears to be. Yep....but Mssthis..my argument is, & will ALWAYS be that if a SO-CALLED highly skilled Di TRULY possesses any skill...he/she should be DICTATING what the DICE/TABLE gives them. Perfect example is a skilled shooter that goes on a 20 plus roll hand using the hardways set ( 55/44), & 85% of the outcomes show a 6 or 1 on a die, & the shooter says: " See....I told you that I'm skilled"! Lol " I was PURPOSELY trying to knock a die out of the tossing plane". Lol So.......you mean to tell me THAT you were PURPOSELY doing something that occurs NATURALLY? ( A die flipping over UNINTENTIONALLY) Lol Sorry....but there should be a very strict CRITERIA for HIGHLY skilled shooters, besides......I avoided the Seven-out for twenty rolls. Random Rollers do it all of the time, & some don't even set the DICE as they are winging, & zinging them down the table. My absolute favorite is when one of these GREATS has a 25 roll hand ( trying to hit box numbers), & 45% of the rolls are trash numbers...so they start betting the horn or the field....win a little money, & SWEAR they are skilled because they wagered what the table was giving them. Bottom line is that when you are tossing numbers UNINTENTIONALLY......your SO-CALLED skill is simply CONFIRMATION BIAS, & the majority of these guys equate a good looking toss with skill.... when the RESULTS of that " Beauty of a Ross" is NO WAY NEAR the OUTCOME that they intended. Ya gotta " KEEP IT REAL" if you think you are a highly skilled shooter.
Yes that is one of the betting strategies G uses. Same here for me. The part that others neglect to mention is that if you can't afford, or get queasy with 5 figure money swings up and down, it isn't a strategy you should use. Same with a triple hardway parley. If you toss 100% more hardways than a random shooter and your beginning bet is $5 you are still going to have negative swings in the thousands of dollars perhaps tens of thousands from normal variance. Anyone who actually plays craps in a casino would know this by the time they hit the big 80.
This is Barney, That would have to have been the Supperick, Hardley Horny, the LID, the James Halls, or the Dave Guacamole. If he was wearing a most magnificent roadkill DI Skunkhat it was probably the LID. If it was near Boston and the personage was tossing a spiderman underpants toss it was the Dave G personange. If it was in the Vegas and the personage was wearing a big ranger hat and complaining about everything it was the Supperick. If it was in the Vegas and the personage smelled like he was sleeping in his car and was tossing real, real hard to overcome the effect of gravity on bias dices it was probably the Hardley personage. If it was on a table of the craps in a house in Arizona, it probably was the James Hall.
Nope , the advantage of betting across is it allows you to win a bet on any and all box numbers you throw. Remember we have discussed this several times.. "Every box number that appears you have no bet on is but another missed opportunity for profit and moves you one roll closer to the SEVEN. "Remember it is much easier to get ahead / win with larger wins than it is with smaller losses.
Wrong!!! I ....AS YOU CALL IT..... I insult ( G) in his craps pit...to his face. I have told ( G) many times that I am not a fan of the Across bet. I have repeatedly told ( G) that with his propensity to repeat numbers, that he'd be "better off" picking 1-3 numbers, hammering the shit out of them & increasing his R.O.I. Now, do you really think that ( G) is gonna listen to my advice when he's winning with his approach? ( G) told me that he doesn't particularly care for my Underhand Toss because ( in his opinion) the way that I grip it is not secure. The toss works for ME, so do ya think I really care what ( G's) opinion is? See, Billy....the thing with you, & James is that you guys want things done YOUR WAY, or you consider it the WRONG way to play. Since our discussions, I haven't said ANOTHER word concerning his Betting approach, nor has ( G) mentioned anything about the way that I toss the dice. Now, that's NOT to say that we agree with each other's way of doing things, but THAT'S what friends do......they agree to disagree, & .....MOVE ON!!! We don't need each other's approval. We simply play our game. Our own style of playing. However, YOU...BILLY...you need, yearn, crave for attention, acknowledgement. They are both part of , the , "LITTLE GROUP" , they feel that sound betting and the ability to win is available only to them . They don't like it when others talk of these things. They don't attack the message they only attack the messenger if it happens to be someone outside the little group.
I am not sure you believe any of this post. I do believe you have tried to make DI work with very little or any training. I believe you are frustrated and just want to pass the idea that no one except , your MR. G has the skill. Bad news BUB , he is not the only one. I also believe everything you posted about how much he has and is winning bu again he doesn't have the only franchise on that.
I have made money with the triple hardways , I hit those frequently enough that I would be foolish not to play them. I have been asked many many times , "How many times have you lost $500 on that bet" My answer was always , NEVER I bet only $5 $495 of the $500 was house money.
You are comparing skilled shooters to random you bring in Variance which for trained skilled players is much different than it would be for a random player
Top, some people just don't understand how two people can have differing opinions about something but remain friends and talk about other stuff. You and I disagree on lots of stuff. TDVegas doesn't believe in DI. I don't try to convince him and he doesn't try to convince me. We don't honestly care. We meet up and talk about life and important stuff. Same with you, MissThis1, Demango and a few others. How can this be? And for the Mesa Smooth Mr. Pinocchio... With all the money I am taking off the tables, I don't need to look at your or anyone else's toss nor am I jealous. I am far more content with my life then you and your fuck buddies will ever be. It doesn't matter what you are a fan of . It works for him. According to you he makes thousands and thousands of dollars in a session. I think if you had any snap at all you would quit fighting it and make some effort to do what he does,
