Regarding dice control proof: if it's not possible why are there pyramids on the back wall, why do casinos make the table bouncy, why do some casinos ban dice setting, why are some DI people banned from a casino???? Granted this is not absolute proof, but it smells like the casinos believe it and fear it. All Frank is saying is that you can attack the game at it's weakest point (lowest HA) and he gives you the tools to do so. He always warns that it is not always guaranteed but you may have a chance if you work at it. Fred
I too use the five count.........It's a great tool to strengthen your discipline at the tables. I'll use it on all but the hottest tables if I'm lucky enough to find one. Frank, I enjoyed your new book, thanks for the free copy. I've read many of your other books over the years and can honestly say that all of them have been fun reads. Are your facts 1000% correct.........I sure don't care, I read for fun and entertainment. Sad just how jealous haters on this board are of a successful bidnus man.
I think that any qualification method that delays betting is a good thing. Did NOT say it's advantage play. Of course (as we always say) the best qualification method is to refrain from playing negative expectation games. One thing's for certain. I'm not in a casino to have fun, & "high five " with the other players, & I have absolutely no problems playing 15minute sessions (Especially if they garner a profit) . I think that my perspective about the game is different from most because I can step into my garage, & toss dice as long as I care to on a table with two different bounce characteristics. Doesn't get any better than that.
There are two ways that casino players think they can beat the casinos’ games. The first and most popular is to figure out a betting scheme that (they think, they wish, they hope and they believe) will overcome the negative expectation. The second is trying to learn (or develop) real advantage-play techniques such as card counting at blackjack that can be shown mathematically that they do, indeed, turn the tables on the casinos and give the player the edge. Real advantage-play methods actually do work as they give players edges at the games. There are real advantage-play methods for blackjack, craps, some slot machines, video poker and pai gow poker. Sadly, these advantage-play methods give small edges over the house and bad streaks are going to happen. Having an advantage does not mean you are going to win all the time.
