Pulled the plug yesterday after losing discipline and 1K in an hour, so went home a day early. The teller at Wells Fargo that issued me $1500 on Monday was surprised by $4100 less than 48 hours later! Bellagio the 15th!
lemme tell ya all something about vitamin D for 10 years I was getting Gamunex infusions for a neuromuscular disease. It kept my eyes and muscles functioning, always planned my casino trips right after my infusions when I felt the strongest......anyway....after 5 or 6 years I started noticing personality changes. slight changes. things like I couldn't look at blood anymore, it made me sick. and never in my life did I care about blood. things like giving blood, Id watch, then I couldn't even look in the nurses direction when they withdraw blood. Nothing drastic, just small things. so I did a lot of research and questioned some people who deal with my infusions, and found out sometimes, it may cause depletion of vitamin D and that might cause personality changes, very rare, and slight, so I had my vitamin D tested and my regular doc was amazed. I don't recall the exact counts, but I think it was something like 23-26 was normal, my count was 1 he immediately put me on 5000 units a day.years later I noticed Im back to normal, or at least where I was before vitamin D deficiency. don't know a lot about it, but it was amazing how low my level was probably for years, and how different I felt once I was given 5000 units a day.
where did you play? did I miss where you posted it? did the beau open yet? what have they done with restaurants down there?
You didn't miss anything. This was the entire trip report. A little weak, even by DeMango standards. I talked to the cashier, she remembered the 1500 withdraw, but didn't know anything about the 4100 deposit.
duck, give it a rest for a few minutes, Im sure I will get answers.....just trying to figure out if I can get out of this shit state for a bit later on.....if I cant get to casino out of state, I don't want to end up on singer island or ft Lauderdale sitting on the beach for 2 weeks. last time I took my shirt off on a beach in florida and laid down, a bunch of college kids came running over and starting yelling, quick, quick, push him back in before he dies.
The Beau opened last, as everyone else, $25 minimum, won a few shekels lost them at MS Stud. IP was where I lost 1K rather quickly. The Pearl was where I found a sweet spot after losing a few from one position. $600 in, $5200 out in two sessions on two days. Never pay much attention to restaurants. Noticed Terrace open at Beau, Under the Oak at Pearl and HR Cafe at HR.
Thanx I was just curious as to how the restaurants are allowed to operate up here still not allowed to seat people It's ok to riot Deface and burn buildings Loot any store Hurt store owners Shoot and attack police but we are not allowed to got to church beach or have a sandwich in a restaurant
Yes, this makes perfect sense to me as well. As of yesterday, everything is open in western PA. Don't have a gambling itch, so it will probably be a while before I venture into the casino.
Does anyone know if any Church has grown a set and challenged this since it's a direct violation of the 1st amendment? If no, I'm really surprised the Churches rolled over and played dead on this issue.
our original plans for actually next week was to drive to Kansas city, and work our way back thru iowa casino into Chicago land then on to Michigan to some friends. we are waiting to see how things are by end of june, hopefully all these irresponsible people protesting wont spread the virus around and start a new wave of infections. our new plans are looking like heading out to amish area of ohio where we can meet up with friends(almost all the wives are avid quilters) and hang out there for a day or two, and I figured Id get to go to rivers Pittsburgh, as long as they were open(or meadows) we need to make a trip to central PA for a few things, then head home. its not great for me but I want to get out somewhere for a couple of weeks this summer and I wont fly just now.
It's NOT a violation of the first amendment. It's a public health EMERGENCY. ANY constitutional guarantee can be temporarily suspended, if it can determined, that it is necessary to protect the public welfare, ANY!
Good news: Travel restrictions here by the gubner lifted for Louisiana, so no more blockade of I-10. Tri State Area still a quarantine zone for flying in and driving in on I-95. Already got two massively discounted trips to Vegas via SWA for this month, so I will revisit Biloxi in July! My thanks to the Cares Act, allowing me to take 4 days of medical quarantine, expand it to 80 hours, two weeks PTO, can't take less, and get that second Vegas trip vacation time paid by the gubmint! Oh and three free nights at Bellagio for only $200!!! Such a deal!
