One of my first jobs was a dish washer, that title didn't bother me a bit. Never did understand all that politically correct crap when it comes to job titles. People that believe in always being politically correct, are under the delusion that they can somehow pick up a turd by the clean end.

    How about "hygiene facilitation operative"?....

I can't tell you how many times I have to ask people "what do you ACTUALLY do"??...because I can't make heads or tails of the business card.

    And I will ask...
    In this case----Wash room attendant?:p

Well, I've also washed a ton of Dishes in my Life. Also, had the misfortune of Making Box Springs for the Federal Government at a pay rate of a Whopping $.40 cents an Hour. The Government said I was Such a good worker, that they decided to keep me on the Payroll for an additional Five Years. Then, I "Graduated", & found a Better Job!!! A "Legal" Job, of Course.

I washed dishes and bussed tables. Nice perk was the cook always made me a free dinner----the place had awesome burgers and syrup sodas.
