No I don't count it as a sport , but I am quite good at it
I approach craps with the same attitude as I did everything else
Do what I have to , to prevail
Learn , do the work , practice and never , ever bet on the
people who think that ONLY LUCK can result in a win
I WILL and HAVE DONE the work ,
I will win , I will not BE DENIED ,
I will not stand around and HOPE that lady decides to smile
    I make it happen ,
Well I have taken all the ABUSE I can take for one day
We are going to go play craps
Plane payments and all that stuff TDVegas likes to talk about
I would take pictures but 12 -4s gets all wonky over Meta Data
I don't know why because he never gets any of it right
Anyway as they say in New York
"WE WILL SEE YOU ON THE FLIP FLOPPER"

Don’t play craps with this crew. They are obviously chunkers and having too much fun.

You assume too much, which probably stems from your inability to comprehend what you claim you are able to read.

Depends on which way you hold them.
Some years back PETA was making noise about lure coursing being abuse of dogs. ASFA, at the time the only international club that sanctioned lure coursing, suggested its member clubs, one of which is mine, keep a low profile outside the fancy and not advertise their trials in local newspapers and TV for fear of possibly attracting protesters. Some fewer years back this all just seemed to go away. My club never had a problem, but I wonder if we got off to a good start with our Zombie Apocalypse theme at our first trial.

Well we went , we played , we played bubble craps , the one with
the big bubble , We were on the machine damned near an hour
up $70 what a waste of time that was
Leon , Parker , Glenn and I voted on it so
It is now official , like the come bet , it also sucks

The final conclusion: The machines definitely suck
There is no possibility of skill to be brought
to bear in an effort to win , luck and luck alone determines outcomes
and since there is no such thing as luck you are left
to the whims and whimsy of the operating chips within the machine
A better option is "PEDESTRIAN POLO"
    That is our official deceleration

Call it intuition, call it experience, call it what I've noticed firsthand....if "serious" table players migrate over to the bubble----the table was probably shit.

Conversely, I've seen guys get slayed on the bubble and migrate to the table.

Human nature. If it's not working, move on. Conversely....if it is working, you aren't leaving to try something new. Especially if one believes the table is beatable but the bubble is a slot machine.

It's not written in stone and I'm sure there are exceptions. The one exception was tomp (betweenthelines) whose play could max out bubble limits and he would move to the table.

He had a system of progression and when he played the bubble....if he reached the bubble max.....he would cash out of the bubble and head over to the table and continue right from where he left the bubble. Tomp was a unique player. Marathon player like I've never seen.

All bubbles are not created equally. You have to choose wisely if you play like Tomp. Sounds like I play similar except no marathons, I just carry on where I left off on the next trip.

If they haven't changed since late April the bubbles at TR casinos, New York New York and the Palms in Vegas have the program where you can only bet $14 max on many bets. Those suck if you play progressions and I avoid them. The one at Pioneer in Laughlin is that way also.

Well...I was Supposed to visit the Casino TODAY! A buddy called me last night & we were scheduled to meet, but AS USUAL.....Life got in the way.
Wife had a Health Fair for Fire, & Police at City Hall, & guess WHO was LAST MINUTE scheduled to assist with setting up the tables for the Vendors?.....ME!!! Not to mention that some idiot Veteran decided to set himself on fire ( Yesterday) because he was disgruntled about his Veteran benefits. ( This occurred at the Capital building adjacent from City Hall), & City Hall was on " High Alert" today).

I think i'm kinda DONE with scheduling meet-up/Visits, because they very rarely happen for me. It seems that everything that I schedule results in a fu**king cancellation anyway!

So.....to answer your question....I have no earthly idea as to WHEN I will step foot into a Casino again.
Just to many household, & " Wifey" responsibilities.

Give me a empty/ near empty table & I'm usually DONE in the Casinos in 15-30 minutes anyway. Lol

This doesn’t sound like something the TT I know would say?

I know you’re a better man than that. Stop and think about what drove this poor soul to such a fate? There’s no worse pain than burning, I know from experience. I hope for his or her sake they didn’t survive, so they don’t have to go through that pain. My heart aches for anyone in such despair, they would torch themselves, and being a veteran makes it ten times worse. Is there no compassion left among us?

And sorry ya missed your shot at a hit and run. Your time will come.

You are ABSOLUTELY correct. I spoke prematurely, & should/will show a bit more compassion the next time that I post something about such delicate issues.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I wish "EVERYONE " Good Will", & a happy, & prosperous existence.

Setting yourself on fire is probably the most painful way to die....

Can't imagine the mindset that would drive you to that point. Then again, a lot of people have no advocates...a person who can help them, guide them thru the process of healthcare, which can be extremely daunting. Between doctors, insurance, not getting medicine, not being able to afford it and the entire process of today's healthcare...a person should just have to focus on getting healthy.

I'm of the firm opinion that having an advocate (a family member, spouse, friend, etc) is an almost must when navigating thru serious health issues. I'm assuming this man did not set himself on fire over a check-up delay or an incidental issue.

    Poor guy. Terrible tragedy.
