How do the random shooters feel about you? For that matter, how does the "real" DeMango feel about you? :)

There is nothing about what TDV wrote that has anything to do with the
    reality of dice influence.....zero

First I will take very single 40,50.60 roll that I get all the way to the bank,
and your damned right I would happy about it. My buddies get a 31"
walleye, 15" INCH perch, and 45" northern, you can be damn sure
they will show me the pics, any one gets a real nice deer , all their friends
are going to see it, one of my friends has an hour roll, even a 40 minute
roll the next week I hear about it.....it is human nature to want to do well
    at anything that takes effort.

The only people that would be against that are people that never get a 31"
Walleye, or 15" perch or 45" northern......and if they dont they dont try...…..
    because you can do that...…..

If you work hard on your shot, you will get more 40, 50 60 roll hands than a random
shooter playing the same amount of time.....

Last time in Laughlin a gentleman from Arizona had a hell of a good roll at aquarius, I got to
watch, it was great, we talked after and he said ya that was like the one you had last
time at Silverton.... he was damn proud of his 50 hand I was damn proud of my 60 plus..

I am shooting for a 70 roll hand... I may not get it....but if I do, that will make all the practice
    that I have done worth it....money????????? I got that.... I want a 70 hand.

As long as you're dreaming, why not make it a,170 roll hand? It's time to start thinking "BIG" Man! :) By the way, if you run into TD at the "Hard Rock", tell him I said hi.

Nice thought..but complete guesswork. Akin to saying someone who "works on their shot" will make more points than someone who chucks.

As these things cannot be proven, validated or calculated in any way, shape or form...

I consider it useless craps dialogue.

I was working on my shot yesterday.....working the 6's. I'll put my "ability" to hit 6's with anyone....and at the same time avoid horn numbers (1) and the red devil 7.:)

    I'll take both the 70 roller, & the $$$$.

The money thingy is more important to me these days. I just don't need the accolades, because even though a 70 roller is nice.....it's gonna be extremely rare. Equivalent to Shooting for the stars.

What I'd like to accomplish more than anything.....is to be able to take a Dice set & POUND the 1-2 numbers of the dice set, ie..2V (4 &10), 3V 6 & 8) before the hand-ending Seven Out.

Ya see....long hands (even consistent hands of 10 rolls are gonna be rare) are gonna be rare, so we have to become skilled enough to make decent money off of 6-8 roll hands.

Now, I understand that Most guys are gonna say they regularly toss 10 roll hands, but if THAT was the case.....they'd all be rich from doing it.

If a person can become skilled enough to toss just 1-2 repeaters.....they'll do well.

I know that Frank has said many times that he has the skill to toss one or two 6/8's & then he Seven Outs. Yes....this can be considered " Sniping, but regardless of WHATEVER it's called....... capitalizing on short rolls can be profitable.

Sniping 1-2 numbers ( Parent, & sister number) within 4 rolls is the unequivocal sign of a good shooter.

You don't have to toss a ton of rolls to validate skill. Its always....best probabilities beyond two Standard Deviation, & then we can rule out Variance.

How about tossing some repeaters & then we can discard the tons of rolls thingy.

I don't categorize pounding 1-2 numbers consistently as CONTROL. I think of it as possessing STRONG influence.
If you're gonna try to influence the rolls why settle for less? You guys say all of the time..." I just want to avoid the 7 out, & I let the numbers fall as they may. THAT'S fine, but personally......I want a little more than just THAT!!

    Just MY opinion.

Lady next to me tossed this little gem last night on the bubble . 47 rolls, 11 passes if you include the two naturals with no comeout craps to muck things up. If someone had put their $42 stake on the pass line and parleyed it 10 times = $43,008.

Only needed to parlay 10 times huh. What a bitch, I always like to parlay 11 times before I rack some.
How much did you make on the throw? :)

More than those who only play on their practice table or bed. 21 sessions this year. 19 wins, 2 losses. Last nights session was another winner. One of the losses was my fault because I tried something new and it didn't work.

The only way to know if something works, is to try it. 19 winners out of 21 would be considered a "decent" record, by all but a couple of guys. :)

I understand you are trying to compare fishing to craps. One is certified that skill and experience give someone an edge (fishing). The other has never been certified as so...unless you count self certify. I don't.

Put 10 guys in a room. Vegas. Rent Tony Leo's table. 5 chuckers vs. 5 controlled throwers. 10 hands each...give or take 1,000 total tosses. Probably get it done in about 4 hours. I'll supply all the bottled water.

See where it ends up. Certainly not scientific but better than someone just blowing smoke or talking as if it's true...as you are doing.

You listen to TDV to much.....

In order to get to 70 you have to get to 10 first. the same work it takes to have
long rolls also helps you have better success in the short rolls.

How do you practice to have a short roll???????

One other tid bit, Frank also held the record for fifty rolls on a real table in
one year...…...5...…….. did you ever beat that ?????

like you said this is a forum.....since it is, I dont have to care if you want the
same thing out of the game as I do...

Going for something special makes me work harder....money would never do
    that !!!!

Top my wife said I can have one more deer head mounted......one...the spot on
the wall is waiting...it has been empty for 4 years now. I took one of the elk
heads down and left that spot open.... if it stays empty..i am ok with that, but
if I am lucky enough to get the last one I can have....it will be a special day....i expect
to get a 70.... that will also be a special day.

I know you understand this. you have had those days...
