Id tell them to go fuck themselves, if you don't want to deal, leave, go home, but I really haven't experienced entire crews who wanted to be left alone. In Laughlin, in harrahs, in Avi, the dealers were inviting me to play, saw me reading the odds plate, and said, come on, the waters fine, jump right in, they were desperate for shooters/players.

Ya. By far and large most crews welcome action. The rogues are few and it seems even fewer before tip sharing came about. But even so they eventually run out of conversation, boredom sets in or the boss comes around and they are good to go back to work!

Let's say crowded conditions prevail but you see a great spot at the $25 table but there are 10 players and the dice would be 7 players away. You donot want to just stand there taking up a space.May get expensive betting on everyone. MP just played a naked $25;PL or DP bet. He figures playing that way in most cases at the end of the other players shooting you would be up or down 1&1/2 times your starting bet. Pretty cheap rent.
Myself I donot have the patience.Let me buy in with the dice 2 or 3;turns away.

He’s making that bet to occupy his time? Reality is it’s basically expected to be a small loser bet over time.

I assume he does that to justify himself not thinking he’s just waiting 40-45 minutes for the dice to come back to him.

In reality, that’s basically exactly what he’s doing. Waiting it out.

Hold the $25 bet and wait for the dice....if he’s really any good.

    I wouldn’t have the patience.

    Wait for the dice?

If I was any good....as I assume this guy (MP) claims....

I would have long ago established tables I can play where it’s fairly light with customers. 2am. 6am. Boulder Station. 7am Jokers Wild. 2pm Red Rock. 8am Sun Coast. 9am Rampart.

Light bounce here, light bounce there.

Would have been all figured out long ago....times and specific tables.....

Big If.....if I was any good at making regular money at this game.

I have no shame.....I like money. More the better. I’ll worry about the life/gaming balance AFTER I’ve figured out the positive cash flow.

It almost got me there sooner than expected! I make a lot of extra money on holidays, and I miss the explosion of cue tips, at the tables, due to the same holiday. A win-win!

I happen to see some posts by Irish which I happened to like concerning giving up rolls if you believe you have an edge. You cannot be afraid of the PSO and you will probably not see any tangible DI influence in a few rolls.anyway. Even with an edge there is varience . Go with your belief.
