I have been to Biloxi.....?????
People have to play however they want....i decided it was more important to win
than to play everyday where I dont really want to play..
If I wanted to play the bubble for a buck, it Is only 20 minutes away....
TDB has probably tried most of them. OH has problems matching up to micro. Time for TDB to develop the UH. Or become a Little Joe Junkie!
I’ve read a lot of good comments about that UH low, slow and easy especially when used on fast or spongy surfaces. A goldmine could be up north right under his nose.
Used it at the new MGM Springfield where the tables were somewhat bouncy but if you threw low, slow, and easy you could do well.
Seems to me that a "serious D.I." Would always want to throw "easy", no matter what the surface. Under what circumstances, would you throw, "hard", and I don't mean "with an erection".
Had a decent hand at the Sun last night.Pl winner plus couple hits on the buy 4 and a hard ten. lucky to even get a chance to shoot - crowded .
Van Duck- on a regular surface my toss is at normal speed but with a bouncy surface you toss it gingerly lol
there is nothing wrong with an underhand shot, but I am much better doing just what
I have been doing, it is working very well and when I am home I have more time
to do others things I enjoy, when we are on one of our many trips, I play where I like
I used to use an OH but got fed up with the direction tables were going in most of the casinos.
You cant do much about that, as I said used to have three nice tables here....I have none
so on my trips I picked several I like and I go there as much as I can.
I used to not mind doing battle on tables I did not like to see if I can still beat it, but as I got older
it got to be more stress and less fun, so I stick to what I can do.
Actually on that hand I played maybe I would do it a little differently.Took so long to get a shooting spot and my wife shows up OOA ( out of action) so I was only going to shoot one hand.Instead of the $25 buy 4 with a $5 h.w. should have stepped it up to $50 with the $5 h.w. Instead of the $15 ten with a $3 h.w. go to a quarter with a $5 h.w. Just a thought....
Is Potawatomi (Milwaukee, WI) more than a few hours away from where you live? I've heard from several players the new hotel is very nice.
I played at Oneida (Green Bay, WI) a few years ago and the dice were constantly bouncing off the trampoline, or, table.
We don't get up to Central Wisconsin much anymore since my mother in-law passed away years ago. I'd like to visit Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, so we'll be heading up that way at some point.
Some time when you head to St. Louis, consider stopping off at Rivers Casino (Des Plaines, IL) near O'Hare International Airport. You might like a few of the tables there. DIs and randoms have had good rolls there. Last night, a chucker hit the All All a few rolls after he hit the 6 point Fire Bet. Hard to miss all the yelling, as I was (unfortunately) playing at the next table...again. That table has had huge rolls the last few times I have been there.
Many people mention problems playing on microfiber. How does one recognize microfiber vs. regular felt----or whatever other material is used?
Im going to be super generous here.
I will offer classes to win money at craps. Win, I will also guarantee if you don't win at any session at any table,(while playing with me using my system and technique) I will refund 75% of your tuition money and you get the lesson for 1/4 the original price
figure its one 2-3 hour lesson, then we venture out to a table where Im at, teaching, different states.
The lesson costs 1600 dollars. If you don't win any time we play together, again, any casino, any state, I will refund 1200 dollars to you immediately.
I only accept cash as a tuition payment. Full payment upfront before I give out my winning system and technique.
this is your chance to jump on the only winning system being offered with a 75% guaranteed return on tuition if you don't win. (that doesn't happen, Im confident I will show you at least 2-3 winning sessions anytime we play)
this is a limited offer. after this offer, its full tuition, win or lose
Well, what you say does not make make sense. You say lower, and slower. It seems to me that ballistics, would require a lower throw, to be thrown HARDER, to carry to the landing area. What exactly, is a "REGULAR" surface? How do you determine the exact bounce characteristics, of a table? Do you like, drop something on the table and see how high it bounces? How do you "rate" bounce, on a scale of 1 to 10, or something like that?
You can recognize micro fiber, by its smell. The area around a micro fiber table will have the distinctive smell of FARTS, from alll of the people bending over to pick up, dice "off the table".
Regular felt, can be recognized by its distinctively "EUROPEAN" accent.
The table at the dells is a fair table, 14 footer ATS...….you see a reasonable amount
of 2 & 12 there.....I can handle the bounce at Green, Bay.....but a 2 is hard to come
by there....and they used to have two tables open, now it is one. so you cant expect
to have it where there is only 1-3 players.
Microfiber is a tightly knit acrylic fiber usually featuring colored graphics. Now micro in itself is not bouncy- it is the underlay which may add a bouncy feel to it.
You can toss low gingerly or harder and still hit your landing zone.Regular tables have a cotton will blend and usually a neutral underlay
YOU can hit your landing zone no matter what type of layout they
use,,but then what.
This spring Harrahs in Biloxi changed theirs in the middle of the night.
I hit the ATS Monday and Tuesday and then Wednesday AM the dice
reaction was completely difference. I asked what happened they
said they put in a new top stretched very tight so the crew could slide
the dice over the bumper strips in the middle...if the dice did not hit the table
both perfectly flat to the table, one went one way, the other the other way. I crossed
the table off my list and headed for Scarlet Pearl.
They did not do that to screw the player, but to help the crew. They should just
take those strips off the table.
Wouldn't you place your lz close to the back wall if the table was bouncy?
