I understand your wife is giving you another chance!
I don't call them a lier because I don't agree with what they write. I don't have to be in a casino to know that James knows what he is doing. To start with I spent time with James before all of you started in on James, one of the guys that I know went over to see him. James picked him up at the airport and didn't charge him anything.
When he was there some of the guys that James helped out stopped in to see him. They all knew how to shoot and how to bet the game to make money!
I had a long talk with his wife before I got to meet James and she had all the right answers to my questions.
If you can't win when you are playing craps it doesn't meam that others can't win like some on this board wants everyone to think like them and stay losers!
OAP, you asked me a simple question and you won't like my answer because I'm going to use you as how I read guys that post on this board.
I read most of the stuff that you have written and for me a lot of it just doesn't add up. You wrote that you were a pilot in the service and a craps dealer but when I put a time line to what you wrote the time just isn't there!
Then there is the loser mentality that you have, but thats okay So far I've only met one dealer that could play on my side of the table and walk away a winner!
Some of the ways you say you bet the game makes you someone that is afraid of trying to win, you see all you want to do is try to survive your session hopping the catch a decent Roll and missing out on rolls that could make you money!
Like so many other dealers the way I look at you is that you never learned to think for yourself, no you were brainwashed into thinking how the casino programed you if you were ever a real dealer!
Now, you have my opinion of you and I never met you is that what you really wanted to hear?
My opinion of some here are they are only here to cut guys down that know how to play the game and could help others out!
Some will never relize how they make guys like James laugh when they are attacking him and some turned out to be total disgraces with their constant attacks on him.
Now, I'm going to sit back and wait for all of the attacks on me for answering your question!
The one thing I will say about what has happened in the craps world is that the internet has brought out the worst in some guys that go out of their way to attack someone they never met that could help them out!
I've lost all trust in guys that I've met on these craps boards Harley, started it out then others jumped on board. Yes, I should have listened to guys like DeMango when he told me about Harley. But that didn't happen just like some on this board are doing when I write that James knows what he is doing!
You mean Dave isn't a FRT?
With that new Serta Perfect receiving station, if he wasn't, he soon will be!
But I did say if!
Yep, she is! Forgiveness coming at a HUGE premium! Lol
But you didn't. You kept hammering away about how Harley was beating craps, beating roulette, reading bias dice and living the Vegas life. YOU told me this in no uncertain terms!!! and you went on and on about Harley much like you are going on about James.
The guy wrong on Harley is telling everyone else they are wrong on James??
Do you even read what you write?
Yeah, I was wrong Harley had a mail drop box that I didn't know about and I got screwed because I wasn't looking at what I should have been looking at because he was my so-called friend.
But, there is a lot that doesn't add up on a few of the members on this board. Some member's think that they can hide behind their computers.
It's funny that they think they can get away with it! I will never trust anybody on a craps board again!
What you think of me makes no difference at all in my life, so don't fret over how that might make me feel.
As for you not believing what I say about being a dealer, or my service in the navy goes....that's your opinion, and your welcome to it.
Oh, by the way, I never said I was a pilot in the navy....I was an aircrewman, and Master Chief Mechanic AFCM. I am a licensed pilot though.
So, rick, I could give you my take on "superrick", but I won't bother, egocentrics don't do well with negative feedback.
This is so funny, you attack everyone that has anything to say about doubting James on some of his claims....your attack is centered around "You have never met James, you have no idea what he is like!".
Now you do exactly that when giving your "negative" opinion of me, and you've never met me!....a bit of a hypocrite don't you think Rick! Unless your ego says you are a better judge of people than others...but then Harley come to mind.
No, I didn't attack you as your best buddy TDV, would say I answered your question! So, I have one Quick Question for you How Does It Feel When Someone That You Never Met Has A Opinion Like I Do of You?
Now, if I was you I would be asking you to prove what you did in the service. I've ran into quite a few guys tell me they were Navy Seals and when I checked out their stories they weren't!
Now, I know what your next post will be and that is why would I check out what someone said about their Military Service and that is very simple they are disrespecting every one that servered our country?
Yes, I stand up for anybody that is under attack for telling the truth about what they do unless it doesn't make any sense when I put a time line to what they are writing.
By, the way your story along with TDV's does not add up and I hope that I'm wrong!
SR i have one question. Did you serve in the military?
Never knew you were a Master Chief, an E-9. My hat off to you on that crowning achievement. Congrats. E-
Not pursuing a pilots license while in the USAF is one of my biggest regrets in life. Back then the only cost was for the fuel used in the plane. All the training was no charge at one of the bases I was stationed at.
It doesn't bother me at all....I know who and what I am, I certainly do not need your approval or validation.
As for a time line, I have no idea what you are talking about....I joined the navy in 1954, served 5 1/2 years got out in 1959, went to Reno, worked there at a couple different jobs, then was offered to attend Harold's Club dealer school, dealt for Harold's club for several years. Then I decided to go back in the navy, from 1963 till 1978 when I retired.
Take it for what it's worth to you, I could care less, I was just curious about your "time line" remarks is all, couldn't figure out what your were referring to.
You know Rick, people either believe what you say, or they don't.....that is not important at all. What is important , is what you know about your self. I am very comfortable with "me".
I hope you feel the same about yourself, although some of your comments leads me to believe that is not always the case.
That is how I got my license, I was stationed on Guam, and we had a navy aero-club there. I had my FAA mechanics license and did some work for the club, then one of the members offered to give me my flight training for free.....best thing I ever did as far as recreation goes! I spent endless hours just going up and "boring" holes in the sky.
I was very fortunate to be assigned to high profile duty stations.....the Blue Angels, the initial Cadre for the F-14 Tom Cat, and a few other high profile duties . So making rank was easier for me than most, you get a lot of points for that.
How many flight hours are required to become a pilot, Pilot?
When I one time mentioned to the Mrs. that I wouldn't mind taking some lessons, she shoots back at me with "you'll need to spend as time in the cockpit as you do in the john on the throne, so good luck with that."
Never got around to trying.
As I remember it, I think 40 hours of instruction and solo time before you could fly the test with the FAA licensing instructor. The instructor only got around to Guam ever so often, so I think I had many, many more solo hours than that before I got the license. After you get the license you can take other people with you....if they are crazy enough to get in the plane with a newly licensed pilot.
As I type this post while hiding behind my computer, I am reminded of the story of the boy who cried wolf.
I don't think anyone on this forum denies the fact that James has some knowledge of craps, some betting options and opinions and some dice influencing ideas. As a matter of fact for the most part it has been acknowledged. However, his boasting of God like superpowers coupled with insults and sheherazad like story telling caused too many people to put up a wall early on and the rest as they say is history.
So, it doesn't matter who met who and who knows who. What matters is how they present themselves in public and in the public eye. What matters is wether they are honest or like to tell tall tales. What matters is wether they are trustworthy or two faced. We form opinions based on known actions and facts.
At the end of the day, it's up to the reader to form their own opinions. You don't have to meet people to form opinions. You can do that by looking at their actions.
Okay I am going to duck behind my. Computer now.
Did you ever hear it said that People that live I Glass Houses shouldn't Throw Stones?
IMHO, that applies to most of your posts here on this thread.
