See what happens when you go on a road trip? "It's the end of the world.." BTW, nice makeover on the avatar. Anything to do with your new yoga interests?

I would guess that I've lost quite a few more of these bets than I've won, but only make them when the naturals and parlays are working well and I am a good bit ahead.

If I lose 2 or 3 of them in a row, I stop betting them.

Have had quite a few times where I've hit a $2 winner for $26, then hit at $5 for $65, then went to $10 for $130. Never hit 4 naturals in a row when betting the reds, but remember sitting on six in a row not too many years ago - didn't get out on the reds until 3 of them had already showed, then two of the next three winners were Yo's - dumb ass.

He is also the guy that got crucified on WOV for saying he was at a table in Caesars when a guy tossed 17 Yoes in a row. The odds of that is astronomical so his credibility was viciously attacked but what makes his story more unbelievable was that he stated that nobody bet on the yoe during those 17 tosses. I can't stand it when people make up stories on this forum.

I appreciate all the input and replies... I just joined this forum today and am so glad I did. I always said that craps players are a special breed. What a great forum. Wow.

One quick thing about quirky craps players...there was a guy I'd run into in Downtown Vegas who wore sunglasses 24/7, played the Don't, and would yell, "I'm the King of the 7" each time he threw the dice. I heard he was 86ed from that particular casino, but I still miss him. He cracked me up. You just don't meet colorful characters like that playing any other game.

No, not at the Fremont. I don't really play there much because it is only double odds and if there is a good roll I like to have the option of increasing my odds bet. They also don't seem to ever give me anything for using my player's card. I like playing at California, Four Queens, The Grand, and El Cortez when in Vegas. El Cortez automatically puts comp dollars on my account. They're pretty generous that way but sometimes the players are a little too intense... like they are gambling to win money for a transplant or something.

We see this all too often in players & perhaps in our own experience, as well. Which begs the question; pourquoi cette affair? Why, why, why? Here's my take on why this happens.
(Disclaimer: the expressed views are offered as opinion ONLY & should not be taken as fact. To assume otherwise is to be silly & only silly people believe in facts when there are only opinions.)

    You are not cursed, but...
If your desire is this & your belief is THAT - the universe will give you THAT, not this. Belief is where the juice is, which means you gotta believe, homme. If you're trying too hard, that's a clear indication that you don't believe. In disbelief every action you take is counter-productive. Better to take a nap.

Can't get there from there. Consider ratcheting down the intensity. Get out of your own way. Once this poor fellow ran out of money (resistance), what he wanted started to flow "like a freight train carrying wheat from Kansas." (not my words)

What's happening is not happening at you; it's happening through you. There are very few endeavors in life that can show you the absolute, unquestionable, immediate stark evidence of this. However, craps IS one of them. Ya gotta love this game.

Those that like the low HA bets prefer to drive on smooth pavement in the sunshine with Abba on the radio. Those that prefer prop bets like a little more adventure in their journey - like off-roading in a thunderstorm playing Def Leopard. The 12 or bets of their kind are high octane bets. They don't happen unless you're in the highest realms of energy frequency - like on crack!
Of course I don't recommend recreational drugs, but if your so inclined, there's a practice I use called meditation that can raise your energy naturally. But that's a subject for another day.

When one puts the emphasis on energy, and NOT on the outcome, the outcome comes because of the energy. Now you've got leverage, bébé, and you're invincible.

What you want...est comme un papillon. Grasp at it; it flutters away. But if you can find a way to be quiet, allowing, believing; it lands right in your hand (eventually). And when it does it can feel - like a freight train carry wheat from Kansas.

I wonder if that might have been the UCDT? Ah lol

When it comes to the bets in the center, I'm all over them if they are popping left and right, but if they are not I don't waste a penny on them!

Always be reading the table and what it's telling you and also the shooter, if they've been there for a round or two. New shooters I will spin out a nickel for a world bet and I've been successful many many times doing so.

But like this past Sunday I was playing some craps in Cherokee and the dice were poppin like crazy with horns and hard-ways for many many hours. The hole time I've played craps I have never ever seen so many horns and hard-ways thrown.

People that didn't even know what they were, started betting on them because we were and then asked what they were after collecting their money lol!

One guy just bank rolled in and it was his turn to shoot, he rolled 2 7's back to back on his come out roll, so I hopped the 7's for $6 and said why not! He rolled 4 more 7's back to back and I pressed everytime just 1 unit each time.

I wish I had pressed more or did full press's I would have racked up allot more money, but I have never hopped the 7's before and was caught up in the action and couldn't believe what was happening before me. That was the most 7's I seen thrown in a row...

Queta, I'm pretty sure you know that any "hedge" type prop bets are -EV for the long haul...That doesn't mean that you can't take a flyer every now and then. Personally, I don't like to have my betting style a 100% grind...
