    Haven't had the booze yet.

Let's try a picture of the the easy fours. [1][3], [3][1]

If this doesn't ring a bell, check out the table of thirtysix.

    I wasn't counting permutations
I just look at it as a "simple" number of ways that number can show up whether it be the left or right dye or vice versa..

John Grochowski gets 1.14%, but you have to remember that is per roll. Hence it does not compare to the standard 1.52% and 4.00% given for the place bets (6&8 and 5 respectively), which are per decision.

Me?! You calling me "the stupid"?

"The stupid" played across for the rest of the rolls that night and got slaughtered with early 7outs.

Not the point, trying to illustrate the futility of predicting future rolls.

    He was betting 100x odds.

"The stupid" (not me) failed to see the trend, be on it at the beginning, stay on it during and get off of it at the end. He takes after his namesake...

Ya think maybe you can pick me up at the Airport in between your daily posts, or should I just catch Uber over to your Kingdom of knowledge?

If I were to place 4 numbers it would be even numbers....4...6...8...10.

I believe it is important to recover your outlay as soon as possible.

With 2 hits you can recover your outlay......a regress if 6/8 hits and a same bet if 4/10 hits......from there you can start going up and spread to the 5/9.

Not at all, the scenario of that hand you posted, one could've made some decent money. It was 10 numbers before a PSO, taking off numbers to replace the other numbers wasn't so smart though...

Wondering how "you" would've actually betted with that hand.

Rather sarcastic but people might be surprised
how much better they would do if they could
lose the negative attitude , the thought that
craps is a , "NEGATIVE" expectation game
and decide that , they CAN WIN.

When folks go to the table with the thought uppermost
in their mind that they are expected to lose
that can many times become a self fulfilling prophesy

Folks who dwell on the math
constantly reinforce in their mind that they are playinf at a disadvantage
If they would simply WORK at building skill it would change the game for them
If they do the work , they , DESERVE to WIN

If you want to know the odds, you have to take everything into account. First decide how much you want to play each combination for, than add up the payoffs in proper proportion, there should be 24 numbers to add up . These give you a normalized win. Then add up the total amount bet across, and multiply by 6, this will give you a normalized loss. Divide the win number by the loss number, ''tis will give you your expected return, it should be in the high 90s. If you will tell me how much you want to play on each number and how ie. place/buy, I'll do it for you. :) Can't beat that can ya?
