Not a good topic for a gambling board, but my playing 1-3 times per week, every week, has slowly turned into no play. Still have played only one time this year, where I gave back 75% of the winnings on one bad outcome during a progression. Still a few bucks in "winnings" in the safe, but I can't seem to find the time or interest to get into the casino. Too much going on both at work and at home. I'm guessing that I might turn into a once or twice a month player once things slow down a bit. I think that I am going to try out the Don't play I used on vacation for my preliminary play when I get back in. Maybe 2 or 3 $20 DC's, no odds. It will probably be more likely to get ahead by a few bucks using this play as opposed to my regular. The tricky part will be converting from Don't to Do if/when I get ahead by about $100. I would expect this to be a bit more likely on the Don't, but you never know, as the dice always have the last say in the matter. Still like the idea of aggressive progression for a big win, but this will need to happen on the Do, as I could never convince myself to put up more than I will win when progressing. I should probably go back to my play of years gone by - quit as soon as you get ahead. This worked better than you might think, but it made for a lot of very quick sessions.
