You were far too kind. I would have jumped his ass.
I play similarly. No pass bet unless I'm shooting. $32/$34 inside; after one hit, drop to $16/$17 inside.
If you can avoid the dreaded seven before hitting a number, you nearly have your investment back
once you regress. The odds are 13 or 14 to 6 in your favor. If the point is 10, I bet 6-8-9. I never wager
more than $34. If the point is 6, I bet 5-8-9.
I collect one, press one, collect one, press one. It's a very conservative betting strategy, but you can make
a few bucks if you avoid the seven when you are wagering $32/$34. Good luck!
all strategies Ive looked at or used or watch others used, low house edge bets seem to be the baseis of all of them, so pressing or taking down some money, that's all dependent on how much exposure each individual is willing to risk.
I do believe that anyone who bets pass line and doesn't max out or put at least 5-10 times odds on pass line as a way of pressing and opts to spread the money out on other numbers is making an error.
Im not saying going to 50 times odds, but using odds cuts house advantage down, so that's always my first area I will press bets if theres room left and Im comfortable with a higher amount on odds. Meaning, if I have 5 dollars on a 5, I don't think Id go much more than 60-80 odds until it hits. If I hit it once or twice, my odds might go up to 100, Im comfortable with 20 times odds if Im winning.
since I use a 3 number betting strategy, come or place, I wouldn't press a 5 to 120 odds if I only have 30 on 6 and 8 if I was winning nicely. Id press 6 and 8 a bit also, but Id be comfortable with 20 times odds without a problem if I was winning. My starting odds bet would be 50. then add 10 bucks with some hits on other numbers, then press the other numbers slowly also.
Ur post DeMango certainly is not "so novel". People can post on here anything they want, and U can also post what U want, so stop trying to b the "forum police". Just sayin.
Can't specifically remember any craps thread where the topic at hand was craps and I diverged it into music or politics or anything totally unrelated to the topic of craps. I'm willing to have that shown to me, though.
Hall and Duck? Certainly
When you Hall and Von Duck start bickering, which you eventually will on every thread you are on, that is "off topic".
Minor diversions in a thread to tangential items is often entertaining, and if the thread is strong it returns to the topic at hand and proceeds.
Do you know who your talkin to, that's DeMango man, and he has "facts", but won't share them. Now we're never gonna know anything.
We don't give a shit, we know you never did nothin, what's new. Perhaps it is Not what you say, but what you won't say.
People having private conversations in and around other people who are trying to keep up with the thread is downright rude. Just sayin.

FU... Just sayin
Okay, I don't condone the name calling or personal attacks, but dang, LID, that was funny. Excellent comedic timing. Well played.
Yup, good one... just sayin
How can one have a "private conversation" on an open forum? As long as u were not included in the conversation don't make it such a big deal. This is my pre-post response. Just sayin.
That was cool LID. Just sayin.
