Eagle. There's an extremely simple foolproof bet to counter "loaded dice". Surely you know this?

First off I want to say I don't believe in loaded dice. This is theoretical only.

Lay the inside box numbers, 5,6,8, or 9 on all rolls including comeout. Personally, I would lay the six. If a lot of sixes on one die were showing I'd leave it there. If ones were showing I'd move to the eight. If I was afraid the casino might figure out I knew they were using loaded dice I'd bet the same way only on the five and nine.

Loaded or not dice are six sided cubes so results HAVE to be X out of 36. 6/1 loaded dice will naturally tend to rotate with the six and one on the rotating axis and the 3/4 being the axle. There will be fewer 3 or 4 results on the individual die.

The reason you DON'T lay the 4 or 10 is due to the fact that there is only 3 ways to toss each number and 66.7% of those results involve a 1 or 6. This will negate the additional sevens being tossed.

The reason I prefer the 6 and 8 is you only have to bet $6 to win $5. The volatility will be lower.

Don't bring up house edge. That went out the window since in this example we're talking about dice that aren't "fair"

PS: If you don't have a decent bankroll don't expect this to work. A person with a $300 bankroll making $30 lay bets will eventually go broke due to volatility even with an advantage.

All seriousness aside :D I read that one way to load dice, particularly translucent ones, is to soak one side of them in mineral oil. I have not tested the theory, but purportedly this technique weights the soaked side without being visually detectable.

that particular segment of this board have one agenda uppermost in their mind , helping anyone is not even a consideration . Their whole intent
is an effort to keep the casinos believing that DI is a myth and that no one can win at craps
    Hard to believe but true
The reality is , "THEY KNOW" / casinos know

    James,

The Casino's benefited Significantly, with the release of ""Beat The Dealer"", the definitive book on Counting Cards at Black Jack, with many more folks Playing BJ & losing $$$ therein, thereby increasing Casino's take at the game.

The same appears to be true with CRAPS, as there is no shortage of Players at any Casino Craps Table I have observed. Most Casino's have UPPED the Total # of Craps tables they have, (but need to open them based upon varying demand, during the day & weekend). Also, Casino's have gone overboard with their efforts @ Craps, to defeat the so called DI's. Most Casino's now allow Setting of Dice prior to shooting & most have not resorted to Loaded Dice to increase their $$$ Take @ their Craps Tables.

It's not really something, that you can play into, it's just not that simple. I do not know the mechanism, but the "tracks" are as plain as day, just don't know exactly, what's leaving the "tracks".

    deMango,

Your post VERIFIES that you know but little about Casno Dice!

    ALL,

Only those that do not believe the above, wrongly assume that NO Casino would knowingly Employ Unbalanced Dice, On a Craps Table, in an effort to enhance there $$$ Take at that table.

It's your $$$ go ahead & play WHERE & as you WISH, but I will scout out a tables DICE prior to placing any BETS, with my $$$!
