It sounds like he hedged it for $330,000 on Nova...moneyline I assume. Golden Nugget told him to go elsewhere to hedge. They like their odds of winning with Nova.

An even better charity would be the "Duck" retirement fund. Anybody else that would like to donate, to this "non-profit", just PM me, and I'll tell you where to send the money. :)

Not sure I understand his hedging strategy for the Final Four. If Michigan -- a solid favorite -- had lost to LUC, he was out $25K. No big deal. Why bother hedging that game? And "only" a $330K hedge in the finals against a heavy favorite (Villanova)? Nova won it all 2 years ago. That's a coaching staff & program that knows how to win big games. Guess he's just trying to cover his losses (and get a small profit) at this point and if Michigan somehow comes through, then he would win decent $$$.

Congratulations to the Villanova Wildcats on winning the 2018 NCAA Div 1 Men'ts Basketball Tournament Championship. On that Monday night, Villanova was easily the better team.

I turned it on....I think it was 21-14 Michigan. From that point on...nothing but Villanova.

If you’re driving in Vegas, be advised, don’t shoot at the cops.

    They WILL return fire!

Yes, in this case it was warranted. These were 2 extremely dangerous criminals who had just committed a murder and were firing like crazy in traffic. One was shot dead and the other was in the hospital. I had never seen a cop shoot thru his own windshield while driving.

Speaking of dangerous...storms blew through here last night. When the winds can snap a big palm tree, you know it's bad.

Holy cow 12/4 how did you miss it. Since the video shows the work of a supper policeman, I had Barney analyze the video in the suppercomputer. If you look closely at rearview mirror you can piece together identity of the supper cop. The facial recognition app says with 100% confidence level the supper cop is Rick Burner aka the Supperick.

KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN! This chase ended on Ogden Ave which is one block from Fremont, about a mile east of Casino Center Blvd. Incredible amount of shooting in a populated area. We'll be hearing a lot more about this incident but two bad guys down. Looks like a mix of Dirty Harry and Freebie and the Bean. Everybody's seen Dirty Harry but Freebie is worth a look.

Yes a very tragic incident and according to Barney it had a most horrible ending...the policeman had to pay $500 to get his windshield replaced per Las Vegas city government policy.

Besides having to pay for the windshield, officer Burner was issued a citation for reckless driving when he was shooting two handed, with no hand on the wheel. He’s also being made to take additional training on reloading magazines, since he tried loading his magazine backwards. I just wonder if he scored any hits when shooting through his windshield? Kudos to modern safety glass or he would have been eating lots of glass chunks. In this case, there was no Diry Harry rant, “Did he fire 5 or 6?” More like did he fire 17 or 34? I haven’t heard if anyone got hit by a stray round, but that cop has a huge pair, and he emptied that last magazine into the perp without hesitation. Ya think he might of been a little pissed?

Here’s the follow up. Looks like Dirty Harry cranked of 18 rounds, 11 through the windshield, but he also emptied his second magazine. Assuming a glock 9mm? No mention of any bystanders getting shot, so that was LUCKY.
