It's all talk, has always been all talk, and will continue to be all talk.

They know they can't do it, or at least do it with any consistency....it's all talk!

Any one accomplished at DI, and doing it consistently would not be here trying to convince the world of their so called skills....they would be doing it!

Always possible that multiple ID's are here. On the surface, I don't really care...I'll respond if the topic or post has interest.

I do find it interesting that one poster here...claiming the bubble is a slot machine with set payouts, fixed by the casino to pay like a traditional slot machine (90% or whatever they would like it set to)...that person is keenly aware of the limits on these machines around Vegas, how much bets can be made on specific wagers and which machines, their limits, their max buy in, etc.----but claims not to play it? Interesting. Why would someone play slot machine craps (or even have a passing interest) if it was "set" for payouts instead of mimicking live table probabilities?

Sounds like someone else who was trashing the game...but secretly plays it.:)

I know for a fact that SR has or does play it.
I know for a fact that pooperscooper has or does play it.
I'll make the same guess for Harley based on my notes above.

AP craps players (or any craps player) would have ZERO interest in "set payout" craps machine. ZERO. Simply "Walk on by" would be the tune in their head---"it's a slot".

Interesting isn't the word I'd use.

    Pathetic is more like it.

    But you're nicer than me.

    EE,

Up to first point #7, the approach you present is logical. It will absolutely give you an infallible account of past performance.

When you get to the first point 8, you need to specify if what you mean by this is to bet numbers you roll the most. What is this theoretical profit? I want a certain one, but am not going to get it playing craps.

I am unsure why you have followed point #8 with a repeater 7. Oh I get it - repeater come out seven. The repeater 8 I can also understand - you are sitting on the eight. ;).

In all seriousness, if one does as DeMango does and tracks every roll from a particular table location using a specific set, after a certain amount of time, enough roll data will exist to draw conclusions about your performance at a specific location at which you gamble. While it is still true it could be credibly argued that this is nothing more than history of past performance, at least it shows how you have done with what you have used at the place you put money at risk.

If things have gone well, make no changes. If they have not, change away.

    KoKO,

Sorry about the repeat #'s, I added several things & did not keep up with Numbering, below is what I intended to post the first time, with (11) numbered items, hope it makes sense now.

    KoKo,

No need for the ""complex aspects of math and physics"" that you call out for DI, as that is where Practice & Analysis comes into play!

    One simply selects the following:

    1) Table, Professional or Practice
    2) Dice
    3) Dice Set & Hold
    4) Dice Toss, etc.
    5) Run throw until you get a (7), after the come-out-roll, recording all roll numbers on both Dice.
    ............................
    6) Repeat, Repeat, Repeat, entering data obtained into a spread sheet, or program that gives you a visual display of your results
    7) Adjust items (1) to (5) above, as often as required, to achieve desired results
    8) As you improve, integrate a "Betting Strategy" to verify that you can theoretically make a PROFIT from your throws
    9) Your practice & Analysis, as outlined above must continue until you have developed DI; to your personal satisfaction.
    ...........................
    10) Head to a Casino of your choice & enjoy Playing the Game of CRAPS!
    ..........................
    11) No one said that DI was easy & it appears that most here argue against it, but lacking the Power of ""Mind over Matter"", the above presents your best chance to Profit from the Game of CRAPS!

Unless of course, YOU own the casino.

Just owning a casino is no guarantee of making profits.

Discussions of DI & BI remind me of the days when pinball was popular. Guys would bump the tables to influence the ball, to the extent the machine registered "TILT" when the influence was too extreme. I'm just reflecting on human nature when it comes to playing any kind of game.

I disagree! I believe there MIGHT be a few that ARE doing it SUCCESSFULLY & perusing a Craps Forum EVERY NOW & THEN, but to "Camp out " on Craps forums is beyond me!

I believe there are successful players that CANNOT keep their mouth closed! Human Nature is SOMETIMES very illogical, & totally unpredictable!

Beating your chest, & purporting to the World......"All eyes on me" is the stupidest shit ANY successful player can do!

    Loose Lips..........!

Not even close. The only thing I've even come close to mastering, is bating. And they won't let me do that at a craps table. Doesn't seem fair.

If you can't run a casino, how would you hope to run this country. What would this world be like, if this country went belly up?

Actually, the country is belly up. The creditors just haven't demanded payment yet.
