OK, so if the late, great, never returning to this site :)rolleyes:) $ e $ is correct, here is where the "For Sale on Axis shooting" bullshit was devised.

This explanation/proof for the validity of "on-axis" shooting is anchored in math ,, thereby making it easily verifiable, and not to be questioned, right?

Wrong. It is two-dimensional dice nonsense, easily proven to be incorrect, when the dice are viewed, as they actually exist, in three dimensions.

I bring this concept up again now out of respect for the Wizard from Kansas, whom I phoned a few days ago to say hello, and to order a product from. Since I intend to toss some dice at home until feeling safe enough to head into the casino, I have had the Wizard construct for me one his Roll Trackers.

We spoke for a long time, I think it was this Monday past, and he told me that TDB also has one of his roll trackers.

When I started talking about his Streak Detector, the Wizard advised me that, because he likes me, he will construct another of these and send it to me along with my roll tracker.

I can hardly wait for this. As 777 knows, when I take the streak detector to the casino and start asking it whether or not I should put out a large bet, the suits will have a bird.

I will be very curious to see how they react when I tell/show them exactly what I am using.

This will be good, and I will keep you informed.

Linaway sent me a photo of both the roll tracker and streak detector, but for some reason I can't get the streak detector e-mail up here at the office.

The only streak detector you need is the Chi Square test, founded in mathematics, not the hokey streak detector founded in bullshit.

Received my devices Thursday and intend to start looking at results shooting out of at least a couple of G1 sets that have given decent results in the casino.

I am going into this not as a so-called DI wannabe, but rather because I have not played craps since Oct 2019 and am itching to get into the casino to try my luck.

For a number of reasons, I do not expect my at home results to provide much help when shooting at the casino. I do not expect to come up with signature numbers to wager on. I still do not believe that "practicing" at a random activity will be of any use in "improving or perfecting" my "skills".

I simply miss playing the game, so will play it at home here and there until getting into the casino.

At least I will sharpen my ability to recognize that middle layer in the heirarchy of the dice, the six axial arrays.

First try through with 72 rolls out of the 4/5:5/4 HW set, rolled:

    2 two
    3 six
    4 seven
    5 ten
    6 seven
    7 six
    8 eight
    9 eleven
    10 eleven
    11 one
    12 three

    showing in:

    2V fifteen
    3V eleven
    X6 seventeen

    V6 nine
    H6 four
    HW sixteen

Although the sevens are low, 43/72 = 59.7% G2 is not so good. Expect 2:1 G2 vs. G1. Good shoots will probably see 75-80% G2, so apparently, a lot of "work" to do.

    Note to LID.

I can assure you that I was NOT on axis 16/72 = 22.2% of the time, in spite of the fact that the end result was hard ways. To be truly on axis, the end result could be nothing but the 1/6:6/1 axial array that I started with, so that any other arrangement of 1's and 6's throughout the x-axis are still off-axis, in spite of still being in the hard ways.

Although I didn't check for this, I's be willing to bet that results came on axis no more than 2.78% of the time, although with variance, who knows, maybe 3-4%?

On axis RESULTS are what matter, Taking all 36 possible outcomes, 16 will be on axis RESULTS.
I am reminded of The Shakers. Not believing in sex, (true on axis results), it took death to end their foolish beliefs. When we twist the Bible, foolish things happen. When we twist the math, foolish things are spoken!

Just went through some prostate surgery about ten days ago, then thought I caught the Covid a few days after surgery. Was sick as a dog for 2 days, but my tests came back negative. Must have been either the flu or maybe a surgery related UTI. Finally feeling back to normal.

Still haven't gotten a new car I've talking about for a couple years now, and now am ready for one.

Went out today to test drive a M5, M550i, RS5 and S6 at a dealership that also handles Porsches. All were terrific rides. Wanted to see an E-53 AMG as well, but instead of heading there from the first place, stopped in at the Rivers.

Only 3 tables running, with 3 players max per side. Went into one of the $15 tables and played about an hour and 15 minutes. Ended up $155 ahead.

Had a hell of a lot of come out winners. Almost all the parlays hit. There was a lot of one roll hands showing either craps or naturals.

Shot 4 or 5 times, with at least a come out winner every time. One shoot, got the bet up to 75 flat/150 odds, but then sevened out.

They handled things pretty well. When you buy-in, they sprinkle you with a little hand sanitizer.

There was a sweet looking waitress who came back to me 4 or 5 times with more coffee, collecting a red every time. Told her she is a sight for sore eyes, and got a nice smile. Hope the Mrs. doesn't peek into this thread.

DM,. let's talk in PM about on axis shooting. PM me if you want to.

Must say that the Wizard's roll tracker is a sweet item. You can take a picture of the screen light up to have all of your results, and when I combine this with a record of outcome axial array, I have all the information that the dice would tell you if they could speak!

No one has ever testified to long term success with this gobbledygook emanating from Kansas. Am I asking too much???

The game we all enjoy playing involves money and dice. Math can be used to determine the "best" bet(s) to make, if we so desire.

Dice outcomes shooting out of our favorite sets can be analyzed if this is of interest to the player.

There are at least a few ways this can be done. Many (I guess most) players concerned about how they are performing when shooting will track their outcomes and perhaps later enter these into a spreadsheet using bone(r)tracker when they get home.

I suggest that they instead learn the dice a little bit better than they now know them, and use their brain, while playing, to determine how they are performing . Ah yes, the shoulder computer. Quite a bit more convenient than writing down all results and taking them home to load into excel, since the information obtained can be made use of while still at play when you do it in your head.

When we are winning, there isn't a great need to do this. We are happy that the chips are being pushed at us. What is important to all players is that we win instead of lose.

Concerning keeping the dice on-axis, which I can assure you ain't happening, I have never seen a player refuse payment for hitting a number he is on because the result came off-axis. This is because he won. Winning is what is important, and this is defined by top numbers.

Dave, you likely do not know what a streak detector is, but yet you are quick to criticize it. The Roll Tracker nicely replaces paper and pen, you enter your outcome results while practicing to keep track of how many of each number you rolled. In and of itself, this information isn't very useful. However, if you read multiple faces of the dice while tracking outcomes, you know a lot more about your result besides that it was an easy ten.

DM, as I have told you before, Little Joe Green swears by Linaway's dice speak/dice heirarchy.
He told me that all other information concerning the game that he used before being exposed to Linaway's stuff is of no use to him.

TDB has had some success with the material, as has Pressit, MKE Roller and ChadB, to name just a few that I know.

ALL of these guys have told me that their take from the table has improved significantly using the Wizard's material. I know for a fact these guys play the game a lot differently than I do, but winning is winning.

I learned the dice as I now know them in 2016. My records of play show I have been playing winning craps since using my one line bet strategy 16 or 17 years ago. This "success" proves to me that I have as good a method of play as I can have. Adding what I have learned about the dice can not possibly make my play worse, because I KNOW that the material is the truth about dice.

As we all know, craps is a tough game to beat, and I can and usually do have better results knowing and using the Wizard's material.

A long time ago Irish wrote (close to) the following: "Everything works some of the time".
"TDB has had some success with the material, as has Pressit, MKE Roller and ChadB" The optimum word is "Some".
Wonder if LJG ever inputed casino results into BoneTracker. Highly doubt he has, of course that applies to 99.999% of all dice players.
"No one has ever testified to long term success with this gobbledygook emanating from Kansas. Am I asking too much???"
The optimum phrase is "long term success" I attribute your success to proper betting. Significantly better usually means losing less, typical John Patrick.

We all have heard that craps is a negative expectation game.

You might be right about the gentlemen I have brought up. I do NOT personally know how they have fared at craps, but all have told me they have had success using the Wizard's material.

Forget for the moment about those of us who know Linaway's stuff.

Let us ask the same question about those claiming to be so-called DI's or advantage players.

Would not your quotes highlighted above above apply to those people, or should we assume that they all win at craps because of their shooting expertise?
