Well, I was Just Browsing another Forum wherein a Player Tossed a 61 Roll Hand. I won't get into any Particulars, but Suffice to say that the 61 roll hand was Definitely NOT Maximized!!! I do Recall a 46 Roll Hand at my Local joint, Wherein I profited Roughly $7200( The Majority was a fire bet). Now, this shooter that tossed the hand is allegedly a "Good" shooter. Seems to me that MAYBE a "Betting" Class is in Dire Need!! With some of the VERY Aggressive "Pressing" that I witnessed in Tunica, If "Those" Players EVER caught wind of a 61 Roll hand, they would ABSOLUTELY "Rape" The Casino. Thoughts, anyone?

61 roll hand is probably not a good game for Don't players!:)

All right side bettors should come out ahead especially those that take profit and press after hits. Place betting across with an aggressive pull and press strategy should fill the racks with a change up in color along the way. Right afterwards, Elvis should leave the building!

That is exactly right. Leave the building and never return. Quit playing bank craps forever...It's all one Big Session and then you die. Might as well "quit while you are ahead"...yup...tom "home runs are often boring" p

Every time I quit for good, the dice God kicks me into a parallel Universe, and I wake up standing at a craps table. A bit like the "Quantum suicide paradox" thingy. :)

You should fill up a rack or two of chips (red, green, white, black, orange, purple) but how can you guesstimate this without knowing the points and numbers rolled.

If all the 4,6,8, and 10's were not hard-ways what percentage of those profits would a hard-way better lose on a roll of this size assuming they placed the same 4 numbers?

    This is a tough one.

On the one hand, as long as my number was being rolled, progressions have gottem very large with this type of roll.

On the other hand, initial conservativeness and a reluctance to put out multiple bets could have me standing at the table like an asshole doing nothing while number after number is showing, just not the one I am on.

Having missed the majority of more than one great roll because of this style, got to take a little risk next time things go this way. It's not like another wager is going to make you destitute if it loses.

The 61 roll hand is my payday.

Hope I'm playing at a $5 table with 10X odds. I assume I'll load the bases quickly. The 4's and 10's will pay $105, the 5 and 9 will pay $80, and the 6/8 will pay $65 - each time 'off and on'. How many box numbers will be rolled? A hot table like this will have me playing some '2-way' hard-ways, $3 and $2 - with a bunch of these being made. (Sorry Tom, not 'tough craps').

The only 'fly in the ointment' is that some Red's will be rolled on the new come out after a point is made. No 61 roll hand will happen without some Red's. This will lose all the flat bets, and force me to re-load the bases.

Where is this hand being rolled next?

I feel your pain brother, it is a battle & not easy to figure out, I too have been there and know the internal struggles & that feeling - even a good roll kinda sucks at times when your not on those numbers yet your rolling & rolling & rolling while avoiding the seven. And when you expand coverage mid-roll it helps but how many hits did you miss and profit was lost?

I guess from the start going from 2 to 3 to eventual 4 place bets is the mark of true confidence - but if you ever start with come bets it gives you another challenge to figure out...

I have learned it is different to be a red & green chip bettor vs a black and purple - in some ways you need to re-learn the betting but from & at a higher level - know the big numbers as well as the small ones - payouts, presses, parlays, spreading out, whatever the strategy -- you cant think about this during your roll, it is a distraction and one part of my game i'mm currently working on......

On a very, very long hand....it's a sin not to have all box numbers covered.

To say 'you don't know what the future holds' is a poor excuse, IMHO.

Speaking of Aggressive Play. I saw some VERY aggressive Play while in Tunica. How about starting a Hand Placing ALL the Numbers on a $10 Minimum CRAPLESS Table!!! Don't know if that's considered Aggressive Play or Strictly suicide. Funny thing is that a lot of the Players started that way & Pressed to the Moon, MAYBE Taking a Hit or Two & Putting it in the Rack. saw a Lot of people Making Tons Of Money Betting That Way. Also Witnessed The Majority Running Back & Forth to the ATM Machine, & taking out "Markers". I'm no expert, but I just CANNOT see Starting a hand with More Than two Bets. Doesn't Guarantee a Win, but it seems like The sensible way to Play!!! On the Regular tables, it seemed like $180-$360 Across was the "Soup of the Day". That was My Downfall from 2004-2009. Betting $720- $900 Across, & NEVER Racking ANYTHING until MAYBE the fifth or Sixth Roll. Unfortunately, A Slew of PSO's, & Two Roll Hands put me in a Miserable Financial State. A Fool & His Money will Soon........... WHAT? LOL.

Lol...au contraire tho...i often hear, "geez, i hate when somebody (insert your choice of superstitions here) right when we're (often "I'm") in the middle of a roll" sometimes i reply "boy-o-boy that would sure be useful to know when you are in the 'middle' of a roll !"...tom "home runs are often boring" p

Tabletop; I trust you meant $10 buys all across except 6/8. Do that, forget the 6/8, when the dealer asks, tell em I don't play crapless, to bet no stinkin 6/8. If I want to bet the 6/8 I point to the craps table. Crapless is for real men.
