Went into the Rivers today, getting there around 10AM. Only six players until right before I left with a nice win before 11:00. Table really filled up during my second shoot. Shot twice and both went very well, making about ten passes on a $10 table. First shoot hit at 10/20, 10/50, 10/100 and 15/150 before a 20/200 loser. First point was four, all others were nine, including the loser. Second time saw winners at 10/25, 10/50, then hit 7, 7, 10 repeat 10 parlay, turning $10 into $80 and then hit a 10/100 four before a 15/150 loser. Not sure why I didn't go out on a buy nine during the second shoot, because I rolled a bunch of them then also. Nice to get out of town with nearly a $600 winner.
Bravo. Nice to see someone still plays, rather than just talks. The gods are with you Sir Koko...quit your day job....
Check out that toss! Looks like God could use some DI lessons. Probably doesn't get any heat from the pit, though.
This is Barney, That is most outdated photo of the God personage. He recently took DI lessons from the LID and purchased the most amazing DI Skunkhat...
Just returned from another trip in. This time, shot twice and didn't make a point, but was in on a very nice roll where, when up by about $300 after 4 or 5 successive come winners, lost a 15/150. Stupidly played another couple of shooters, both small losers, to come home only $90 ahead, but hey, thats two winners in a row.
Watched two guys today who had loads of chips in their rails, trying to see exactly how they played. The guy right next to me was playing 10/50 line odds and across for $150 on every shooter. Particularly on his one great shoot, he was loaded with up greens and had a few blacks. He also wasn't afraid to have out at least a quarter total on the four hard ways, and tossed out a $15 "hi, low, yo" after every roll of three, several times hitting a horn. In spite of all his hits, he pressed way too heavily and was eventually wiped out, digging into his wallet for a couple of Ben's on two occasions, shortly after having at least a couple of K in the rails. The other guy across the table from me was also doing something like 10 line/50 odds on each shooter, but went out on the Come instead of placing. During the good roll, he had the bases loaded, but typically stopped betting with Pass and two comes in action. When I left, his rail still showed at least a couple of K. Who said Come bets suck?
The pass line and come bets catch every number that is hitting with the exception of the 2,3 and 12. Some people call them trends.
"Catching" a number, and winning with a number , are two different things. These bets also "catch" the 2,3, and 12, just in a very negative way. Only two of the numbers "caught" give the player a net positive result, the other nine are net negative, to all players, except, those that lie about it.
Every box number that rolls you don't have a bet on is an opportunity lost. You have a come bet , a 6 rolls I win a bet , I full press your bet travels. the 6 hits again you collect , your come bet comes down , and I win a full pressed bet and full press again and so it goes.
There's thousands of box numbers rolled every minute on casino tables around the world. If you're at home you're on none of them. That argument does not hold water.
Actually not man. If you're at the casino, or at home, if a box number rolls, and you are not on it, it WAS a missed opportunity, absolutely. A very simple concept. It's inherently TRUE.
Yep and if you have a bet on one of them you will collect every time it hits as opposed to , hit travel , hit collect , hit travel , hit collect With the place bet it would be hit ,parlay>>>hit ,parlay>>>hit parlay hit collect. When I am in the casino and have the dice I make it pay. Oh but it does it holds water and it pays off in chips. "YOUR LITTLE GROUP" like to call that the , "VAULT ASSAULT" and those happen as need or desire dictate.
Yesterday, did my first after work craps shoot in about 3 years. Not sure what prompted me to go in, because I didn't have much money on me and had to use the office petty cash for a buy-in. Used to make a point of going in 3 times a week, damn near every week, usually twice during the work week. Was thinking before going in that I'm not going to be able to report a massive winner with this resource limit bullshit cropping up again. No worries, able to sign in today, but unfortunately, the report is not a good one. Was never ahead. Got hammered whether coming or placing. Did not stop after losing half the buy-in. Play was nearly as much fun as the drive home, where I got stuck behind a multiple-car accident on the parkway. Anyone having better luck/skill than me lately?
Made a whopping $12 last night, bubble play. Bought in for $500. Wouldn't of mattered which side of the dice I played on the results would have been similar. Long rolls weren't long enough or enough repeaters to get much ahead, but would have been long enough to knock my dick in the dirt on the don't side with 3 or 4 short rolls in between each longer roll. I was on the pass side most of the night. Didn't get caught betting the don't on any of the longer rolls. That's just the way the dice bounce sometimes. Wife made $150 on Blackjack and one of her friends hit $9500 on a slut device so, it wasn't all bad.
