A couple of hours ago Barney saw some security video on his refurbished suppercomputer which showed Full Press and his brother-in law being banished for life from their favorite casino. Originally they thought they were banished for foolishly filming his craps play at the casino but it later was uncovered he was trespassed because they thought he was a Supperick.

    Busted for crappy videos.

I’m surprised it took so long for FP, aka Bone Thrower, to get busted. He did everything to let the world know he was secretly videoing live Craps sessions, including, where, the times and dates, then immediately post the live sessions on the YouTube page. The funny thing about his videos, they rarely if ever showed the dice, the toss, nor his bets, they mostly showed the pit crew, other players, he even identified his son-in-law in one of the videos, the floor, the ceiling. Plus FP couldn’t stay still, he moved constantly making for a very jumping video. Although in his YouTube video he states, although he knew he would one day get caught, he believes the casino over reacted with the lifetime suspension, he thought maybe a few weeks, but lifetime. If you listen to his YouTube video, the state police, yikes, informed him he was also being investigated for cheating, among other things. With over 1000 subscribers, hard to keep such open secrets, secret. If the casinos ever wanted to make an example of someone’s questionable actions, FP will become that poster-child. Now he will be left with only memories... Memories, in the counter of my mind.

Life Time Ban is too stringent a punishment. Why not a first time warning?

When the State Police first asked him if he had video the casino he initially said, NO. Then he was quickly reminded that the casino had all his visits on video, and also had all his YouTube videos. FP then had a change of heart, and admitted such. He made a big mistake, he talked when he didn’t have to say anything. The State trooper stated there was a investigation into not just the clandestine videos, but also cheating. How much money does FP have to challenge such a claim should the casinos decide to press charges? Never, ever admit wrong doing, especially to the police, and especially after the read you your Miranda Warning, although in this situation no Miranda Warning was given. Or so I think?

Then to pile more shit on the fire, FP goes after the casino for picking on him, stating other people video slot machines. He also admitted on recent YouTube video recorded after being busted, he knew he would be caught one day, and knew there were wouldbe repercussions. FP stop digging the hole you are now standing in.

What do mean by "punishment"? In the interest of justice, why don't all of the DI,s boycott this casino. You could even have a picket line, with signs and shit, declaring, unfair treatment of DI,s. I'm pretty sure the casino would "cave" very quickly, when they found out that no DI,s would be showing up, to take their money. :). You could even burn your players cards, in protest, to show that you will no longer except comps, and freebies from these tyrants. At some point, the DI,s need to take a stand..

The ball is in the casino’s court as to what other remedies they might wish to pursue. FP should hope and pray they are satisfied with it’s lifetime suspension. I assume he is also aware that casinos share such information with one another.

Video taping on private property and then disturbing that video is trademark infringement, a federal offense. Same as distributing pirated DVD's etc.

Who was holding the camera? I believe this to be a policy violation, rather than a legal one. I would like to know what the "cheating" investigation is about. The casinos think that anything you do that might reduce their edge, is somehow "cheating". He was playing a Dewy/Don't, that's "CHEATING"

Not kidding and every casino is different with Vegas being the most lenient. Midwest casinos are the most strict that I know of sice I never venture to the East Coast.

Since this guy was trying to profit off their "proprietary rights" he should have known. Someone else was showing their trespass letter from the Mohican Sun on Facebook this week. They were trespassed for video taping and violating the casino, customers and employees right to privacy according to the letter.

You are correct, but having some knowledge in this field, although this is a giveme, I would find it hard to believe a federal criminal investigative agency would devote anytime into this matter and then take it to the local US Attornei office and ask them to bring charges, impanel a grand jury. But that is on the criminal side, on the civil side it is also a waste of time and manpower, as there is nothing to gain. Civil forfeiture proceeding on his car, garage, bank account? That is all on a federal level, not sure what they’ll do on a state or local level. That is why FP should go mute.

Dave try this simple exercise. Next time you are at a Craps table, pull out you cell phone and start videoing or taking pictures. Let me know what sort of response you receive from the casino. FP knew what he was doing was not allowed if he thought it was allowed he would have used his cell
Hone. However, he choose to purchase and use on of those cheap easily detected spy pen cameras.

Funny side note thinking back on it. FP once said the reason he doesn’t use one of those baseball cap with with a spy-camer built into the brim, was how could you deny it’s presences if you were ever caught. Just another YouTube nail in his coffin.

Good advice. Penitentiaries across the country are filled with people who told on themselves.
