My advice is to listen to the little voice, that's luck calling.

In other words, go with Portugal.

    But remember, I picked Germany.

    Who are the bookies picking?

There was incredible spirit showing of Portugal's players after Ronaldo's injury. Portuguese proved one more time that they are not "one player team"!

so , the EURO 2016 is over! really this was fantastically strange tournament with many unexpectable results. Actually we can be proud of Wales and Iceland who made their new history in Europe. There was a really shame for England because of their weak playing with great potential players.
France is now in Portugal's situation in 2004 when Portuguese lost their home final.
And Ronaldo! he finally won the title with national team.
And one more interesting fact: this is the first case when the winner team hadn't won any game in group stage!
Love football and respect each other
    With regards, your Amina!

I love soccer. I fell asleep at the 5 minute mark and didn't wake up until the the 101 minute mark. Since the score was still nil-nil, I was extremely happy that I didn't miss any of the so-called action.

    A little bit about Messi
Although La Liga champion title, this year was so unlucky for Leo, lost Copa America 3 time in a row, and exactly that story with unpaid tax..
And for sure, Ronaldo now has the international title with Portugal.

Messi -- appropriate description for his tax fraud case. In the end, how many major titles will help determine his place among the all-time greats.

Messi is simply clear talent of football., who doesn't have any international trophy. I think in next 20-30 years there will be no players like Leo and Ronaldo. they are unique

There is always a new group of "superstar" players in every sport, unless the sport dies out. Remember Pele? How about Diego Maradona? Franz Beckenbauer? Superstar players have developed (and been developed with the help of agents, advertising firms, and the media) and played the game after the aforementioned retired. So fear not.

Sorry, I don't follow football (soccer) closely enough where I could offer a meaningful response to your question. What I can say is in the US there are a lot of boys and girls growing up now who play football (soccer) as a 1st (favorite) sport. And they're getting better as the sport continues to make gains in popularity and support in the country. As you are undoubtedly aware, that hasn't always been the case in the US, not by a long shot, in large part because historically the traditional team sports (baseball, American football, basketball and, too a lesser extent, hockey) have drawn the interests of the best athletes in high school and college, as well as the most resources. Down the road, there will be football (soccer) players from the US who can compete with the best in the world. It will take time, but it will happen, much as players from other parts of the world are now successfully competing in the NBA. Okay, no player comparable to Michael Jordan yet, but Dirk Nowitzki, Manu Ginobili, and Yao Ming were pretty decent, as was the late Drazen Petrovic years ago (my generation).

I fully agree with you. Dirk are even of the greatest for all time, he reminds a little of Larry Bird..

Nowitzki is probably the best international player I can think of (Tim Duncan doesn't count, since he played college basketball at Wake Forest). His game definitely has a lot of similarities to Larry Bird's.

Are you located in a country where football (soccer) is the #1 sport? You mentioned you follow the PL, but not sure if also you live somewhere in the UK?

Manchester ;) you know, my location doesn't matter in this situation. When i was 2 year kid, i used to watch on tv football, tennis, basketball , f1 and other sports.
Dirk is one of my favorite NBA players , and no one in this league can do that one step fade away jump shot.
