Its probably not that common as usually the comments here are people taking breaks when they lose.

I guess maybe I look at things differently?

I had a win on ladbrokes for $960

A couple wins on gaming club/jackpot city for about $300 profit

    Win of $57 on butlers

Lost about $300 on inet casinos (BGO, guts, videoslots)

    Won $120 on gaming club

    Won $250 on jackpot city.

    Took a break.

I havent even had the urge to play really and its been a couple weeks since ive played.

I guess I look at it like ive been incredibly lucky and soon enough my luck will change. So why not take a break now

    Anyone else do this?

Does a Bear S&%T in the Woods? If you answered Yes... you can substitute MY question-

Do you ever take a break AFTER winning?

Ovino mak does have control of his game by quitting. Myself, from my wins several weeks ago at TWO Las Vegas, Nevada Casinos prove "our" point. I colored up my winnings. Went to the Cashier and took the cash. I have not played another Craps Game since leaving Las Vegas, this being over three weeks ago.

Will I play Craps... again? Does a Bear S&%T in the woods? If you said that I would say... Yes, then you are also a winner.

We are all thinking alike. Realize that after winning it requires MORE self control to KEEP your winnings, than a Craps Player who has been losing steadily and persists on playing to make up for the present losing session.

Step back and live the moment. These winning sessions do not come along often. I did. I still am... but screw the living the moment... I am ready to lock horns with the next Craps Table and Crew once I have the chance! Self Control can also be taken to an... extreme.

Edit: Sorry, corrected your handle in this response.

Today, July 14, 2014... I have not stepped at or near a Casino. That is "Self Control". Three weeks ago I was having a relapse, found too many things needing to be done around here and forgot that the Casinos are open seven days a week... sometimes eight days if you play a lot.
