CHA-CHING!!! "And the beat goes on"
"And the beat goes on"
An explanation appears to be warranted here.
Congrats, hope it was a big win.
Can't give too many details, but it was the sixth straight winning trip, with a total profit that is over five times my initial bankroll, which is still intact, for an attempt at # 7 in a row. Most of this money, was won at my "go-to" game, but some came from the craps table. I would like to give more details, but I don't want to be "fingered" as an AP. At the table, I employed my patented "TDs Testicals" method, aka. A "Sentry" play. It is a total Ass Kicker, when employed with the right betting scheme, and just little bit of luck.
Regardless of what some might tell us, success at any game in the casino short of poker must ALWAYS involve luck.
Even poker has an element of luck. You play to the best of your ability and build as big of pot as you can when you have the advantage but your opponent can still suck out on you if the cards fall in their favor.
I still remember a pot where I got a lady to bet all her chips with K,6 verses my A,K on a KXX flop and she caught a 6 on the river.
About the same chance as throwing a yo, so it's going to happen. How much did she take you for?
Could you give us your definition of , "LUCK"???
It wasn't a lot, maybe $60.00 or so. I don't remember the money. For some reason that hand got stuck in my mind.
Congrat's on the wins. Keep it up.
Just a very good example, that having the advantage, is no guarantee, of a winner.
I am happy to report the 7th straight winning trip, albeit a pretty small winner. This one was only about 40% of my trip, play stake, which is about 1/2 of my average per trip ""take" during this run. My goal is to double my stake on each trip, but that is a pretty high bar, and I'm content with an 80% average gain per trip. So, number 7 in a row is "in the books" and I'm looking forward to my next shot. Sorry I can't be more specific about the amounts, but I don't want TD hitting me up for a loan.
A small winner, beats the hell out of any loser.
I say $16....winner winner, soup kitchen dinner.
Enjoy the broth, Duckie.
TDV won't hit you up for a loan , he has a gig downtown at the
"FREAK SHOW where he hustles tips so he can play the one dollar bubble.
he posted his picture in another thread showing him hard at work.
He's signing up some of the other performers for classes in
In another thread he call that his , "CASH COW"
Have you ever cashed out $16 on your , "BUCK BUBBLE"??
There was a quite lengthy discussion on that very subject once sometime back.
It's better than you would "like" to believe, but I know you like "sour grapes", so go ahead and have some fun. I think enough time has elapsed now, that I can report that the 8th straight winner, is now on the record books. This one, like the 7th, was a little below the average, but it was a winner. About 53% of the trip stake, so this stake has produced about 600% of the trip stake, in the eight winning trips, and is still alive going for nine in a row, next time. The DUCK is on a roll, it must really suck to be YOU TD. Oh yeah, CHA-CHING, again.
I think it was TDVeguess who once stated:
Every time he plays his session is a little better than the next one.
If that is true, then if TD keeps playing, he may someday, have a break even session. When that happens, he will have a dilemma on his hands, he will have to "Learn to quit, or win". In the interest of not harming a casino, I think he'll quit.
Just put the finishing touches on win # 9 in a row. This trip was just about average at, plus 71% of trip stake. So, everything is intact, and going for 10 in a row.
I almost feel bad, taking money from a poor, innocent, casino like this, but I think I can learn to live with it

TDVeguess and , "HIS LITTLE GROUP get butt hurt when somebody
reports a win.
Well, TD will just have to deal with a hurt butt. To be honest, as good as I have it going, I believe there is substantial room for improvement. A little "tweaking", fine tuning, and who knows, it could be "ATM-CITY" This is no "run-of-luck", it's an executed plan.
