Do you seriously think that James is on this forum to recruit students??
I have been on this forum for two years the next student I get will be the first ever
How many people do you think will come all the way to Mesa to learn anything
Well you got that one wrong in the last 3 years I have had a couple of incidents where I drove the 6 hours to Vegas
had a really bad couple of rolls "AND KNEW I WAS NOT GOING TO WORK IT OUT ,
TURNED AROUND AND DROVE THE 6 HOURS BACK"
I work things out , better, in the quiet of my living room , with no distractions
I have found sometimes that just doing nothing , not thinking about it for awhile helps

Sometimes just taking a few days away from the table helps

We are on the same page. The only thing that I disagree with is the Age thingy. One size fits all. It doesn't matter if you are 25, or 85 years old.
    Toss decay is non-discriminate.
It happens for everyone...young, & Old. Slightly, moderately, or exceptionally talented with the dice toss. It is what it is!
I also don't feel that a person is giving him/herself a fair shot if they PSO, 3,4,5, or short roll, & then WALK!

Even for the experienced tosser....sometimes it takes a hand or three to get your dice flying the way that you want them to.

Ok....now you're making sense. All I have been trying to say....ALL ALONG is....let's not paint such a rosy picture in regards to influencing the toss. It's a TON of work to become proficient at the MECHANICS of a good toss. Sometimes those good toss MECHANICS are "Jam up" yet you still get bad results. That's all that I've been trying to say.

There's no loss of confidence, or disbelief on my part. I just deal with the reality, & the reality is that you can have good MECHANICS & still get less than favorable results.

The guys/gals that decide to take the Dice Influencing route need to know these things.

They need to know that some days ( even when your toss is "Jam up") ...variance is gonna rear it's ugly head, & youre gonna have to accept that it's NOT that your toss is fu**ked up......its just time to exit the session. NOT YOUR SESSION TO WIN!

The beauty of it is that there's always tomorrow, & the Casinos are 24/7...365 yr.

Guys that have to travel to play are at a disadvantage because of time constraints! At least...that's the way it was ( when I WAS playing frequently) for ME! Mamma doesn't want Big Daddy staying away from home for too long, huh? ESPECIALLY if he's bleeding money! Lol

Vegas Residents, & those that are within 30 minutes to a Casino.......I ENVY YOU!

Confirmation of doom can sometimes be obtained by simple pre-session observation. If raindrops seem to be falling on your head and BJ Thomas is nowhere to be heard, and where you are standing is darker than everywhere else, your situation is almost certainly as depicted below.

There are a few craps players who (seemingly) have a black cloud hovering over them, relentlessly following them throughout the casino regardless of which craps table they play at. They often bring pestilence, war, famine and death to the bankrolls of other players at the table. I just cringe when I see one of those players buying in at the table I'm already playing at.

And in my experience the horses they ride in on invariably take up all of my prime shooting positions, and the horsemen never clean up their horses' mess when they phase out leave.

I’m 20 mins away from one. I would much rather be 1h30 away. Harder to go every single day. Keeps you away on the bad runs. But you still are up for it on the good runs.

I disagree Freddy! I would LOVE to be within 20-30 minutes away from a Casino. My sessions are usually less than 30 minutes so I don't worry about bleeding money.
I am finished, & out the door before most players even get warmed up.

Although, I must admit....my last visit was a HUMONGOUS Nut Clipping! I went on "Full Tilt", & haven't been near a Casino since.

That was almost a year ago.
No Discipline= No play for Old Top!

Gotta get back to the Basics.....Gun, & Run, Pee, & Flee! No more trying to see how good I can toss. Toss, collect, exit!
