Well, you could try and log a complaint. Just be prepared to be there for 45 minutes while they try and figure out what happened.

I helped a guy yesterday. Had his bets turned off. Wanted them on. Kept hitting the "on" button. No luck. Frustration setting in, "what the fuck"....8-7-6-5-4-3.....I leaned over, said I can do it....tapped the "on" button just a fraction higher on his screen...2-1....all his place bets come on. Point winner! He shakes my hand in thanks.

It's rare but it can happen. Even leaners are subject to whether the camera or software can read the result. I've seen leaners re-rolled and I've seen leaners accepted.

today or tomorrow I will tell them that the stuck button terminal should be fixed. I see too many people using that terminal and getting frustrated that they cannot get the dice to pop when they want. No excuse. You have to alert them. I'll be emphatic too, because it's been like that for a while. "You need to get an Aruze tech out here and fix it right".

They were fooling with it about 3 months ago. Thought it was fixed. I think the tech was a know nothing or newly employed and didn't really know how to correctly fix it.

I'm reasonably sure the craps machines of both flavors use RFID chips in the dice to generate the results and the cameras are just for the customer experience. The reason I say that is leaners cause a "no dice" fault and on the machine here it takes forever sometimes for the machine to recognize the result if it's a 5 of the 1/4 variety.

    I don't know for 100% sure.

From what I've seen sticky or broken push buttons are "tough luck but the game goes on" The last time I was at Red Rock the button on the terminal closest to the isle was erratic and you had to hit it several times to get it to work sometimes. Another customer told me a guy in jeans and a goodwill sport coat pounded on it after a PSO and broke it.

The touch screen alignment is a problem, at times. You have to watch what you're doing. The good news is that a slot tech should know how to get into diagnostics and fix that. I've seen them do it on the interblock machine here several times.

The last time I played I accidentally made a $25 C&E bet that lost of course because I wasn't paying attention. My hand bumped the screen while I was going back through my notebook to see how long it had been since a 10 had rolled. The only way I knew was after that roll I hit the "repeat last bet" button to put my bought 9 back up and had a WTF moment when the C&E went up too. On the Interblock machine winning buy bet's go down. I wish they'd change that.

If it it's fixed, then I bet they worked out a trade with Harrahs-Ak Chin. I was there the last couple of days and one of the push buttons was totally not working.

Believe it or not I actually had fun at the STW bubble in Harrahs. Everybody was having 20+ rolls, including yours truly. There were a couple of old-timers there, playing dewey/don't. They each had a $5 bankroll and thought I must be rich with my $60 buy in.

They were both busted in about half an hour. They were wondering why my light kept flashing for me on every roll. So I had them sit next to me for about an hour. Sure enough, someone had a twenty roll going and they watched as I played the 5/6/8 and horn, then gradually pressed the numbers until I was covered across. I then switched from the Field to the Horn. Hit a couple of consecutive 2/3/11/12's and they were hooping and hollerin.

What really amazed them was when I laid the line on the next come-out and a 7 was rolled. The machine paid $9.74. They said they usually win a few cents at a time.

All in all, a great road trip.

    1. I am in a casino to make money. If the machine is not in the right condition, then I leave. I’ll come back when it gets in the right condition so I can run the necessary money through the machine. The machine isn’t going anywhere. My comps are usually based of my prior 6 months of play so there is no rush.

    2. I posted about the Reno environment before but you never believed me. Had you played at the casinos, you can easily figure out which casinos sends you mailers. Gold Dust West was pretty good so it got burnt out and I personally know the guy who did it. Teams of AP’s took out the good promos & mailers at Circus Circus. I was there when C&C changed it to $20 coin-in for 1 poin and killed the game.

    3. So now that I am putting photos, you are interested (so you can get some for yourself). So now you are changing your attacks.

You don’t have dice control so you can’t loss rebate like us. But nothing is stopping you from testing it out.

Anyone can research my posts from over one year ago where I first discussed loss debating on Aruze Craps. I can here to share information but stopped posting the good stuff after the attacks.

Now, I will just post photos showing everyone the fruits of my hard work.

By "attacks" you mean, people shared their opinion with you? You're clamming bubble "DI", and you didn't anticipate any "resistance"? You have posted some interesting roll sequence photos, but, you are unable to make money with them, so, this points to something other than "DI". I suspect that your bet spread has more to do with it, but you are not telling us the bets, so I have no way to verify, or exclude. I like when they attack me, especially if it's that "useless" TDVegas. Makes me feel I'm standing on the proper side of the issue. :)
