Rivers (Des Plaines, IL) & Horseshoe (Hammond, IN) will book a Fire Bet if the 1st roll is a 2, 3, 7, 11, or 12. Pretty sure Harrah's (Joliet, IL) is the same way. As long as a box number hasn't been rolled (and the shooter doesn't already have the dice), they'll book the Fire Bet.
don't you guys read this board? the fire bet is a great bet for dice setters. they buy tables and practice constantly, learn to adjust to different underlays and shooting positions, and win fire bets consistently. why have they disappeared from casinos? too many dice setters cleaning up, the casinos are scared shitless. they are afraid that if more and more people learn the skill of dice control they will clean out the casinos cages lets keep all this on the down low, we don't want to alert any casinos we all know the secret here. what few still keep the fire bet and don't employ bouncy underlays are still there for the picking.
