I have hit 6 to the fire 1 time in my life, had NO money on it, couple guys had a nickel on it. I have seen 6 to the fire 5 times, in the 7 years that I have been aware of it, curiously, 3 of the 5 hits that I have seen, happened in a 10 day period. If you place about 20 fire bets a day, you would figure to have about 1 six to the fire per year, and about 10, five to the fires, per year, I like a bet that wins, more than once a month. Pretty tough bet to win, for ANYBODY.

Somewhere the numbers were crunched here on this forum on playing the fire bet every hand for $5 over a year of play...making some assumptions on frequency and length of play.

The losses were over $2,000 expected if I remember...

If I only played the fire bet I would be extremely net positive.

How about this 5 dollar bet on each shooter, or 52 or 54 across on each shooter.

    $54 at around 3%
    or
    $5 at 25%

You're better off with the fire bet....I believe. Not by a whole lot.

Just acknowledging your comedic skill, 12-4.
Knowing if he losses, he's got another...is comforting.

Ok I'll bite what does if you know how to play it. I would be almost tempted to call and find this out.

... two weeks ago I made a 5pt fire for 1250$. In the same hand I won 1100$ from betting starting with 15$ and regressed my bets 3 times. Firebet blows, I stopped using it except on my throws and ultra lucky guys throws, thinking about stopping betting it, if you bet 5$ a hand on it, 30 hands is 3 table turn, usually in a cold day around 2h of play. It cost you 150$. So even if you win a 4 fire you're down 25$...and it doesn't show every sessions...a 5pt, seen two in 3 years, a six...never seen one but heard of two in 3 years.

My most positive sessions had been those I only firebet on myself. See a point? Ats is worst. I will only drop 2-1-2 on a comeout winner.

Didn't say anything was killing me. Just the amount of fire bets I have been on that hit. Just meaning the times when no fire bet has hit during a session and having losing sessions. Just now don't bet the fire bet as much anymore and don't see it hit as much as use to see. Seen it hit 5 pts 3 and 4 times in a day. And yes some days don't see one hit at all. The only thing I have tracked or should say use to track was the number of 4 and 5 pts fire bets thrown. Majority of the time was on it for 1 or 2 bucks. And always had the dealers on it for 1 majority of the time. By the sheer number that I have tossed if that was the only bet along with pass / don't pass bet I would say I would be very net positive. Yep hit fire bets playing don't side a few times. But hard to just bet only the fire bet and only the fire for a session. And rarely bet the fire on other shooters unless I was familiar with the shooter or the table was hot.

Last time I checked you bet the fire bet before the first roll some places let you do it after a roll in certain situations. You bet between the min and max. Either it hits due to luck or a DI (tdb or Dave and that yuri toss).

I was somewhere and they let someone bet after a toss where a box number wasn't thrown. Thats what it was you could still bet it if a point wasn't established. Majority of places before first roll is rule. I wish i could remember where it was but i have been in so many casinos around the country can't keep track of them all.

I was on the table in Margaritaville in Vegas once with 3 of the Mesa guys we each played the fire bet I had $5 on and $5 for the dealers All 3 of us played it
Pat threw the 5 point 250 to one pay out , we had all played for the dealers , they made a haul . Pat hit the 5 point again later that day on the same table
The fire bet is a good bet when it keeps hitting and hitting and hitting and it pays good too
I showed you a picture of that when you were here Superrick. Along with pictures of other great moments

They are definitely good bets for the players that can hit them

And for the dealers that get hit by them.

I really like that table in Margaritaville even though it's is micro fiber. I think I have a 50% firebet winning ratio when tossing there but have to use a non PARR toss. The waitresses there are really hot but I refuse to go back to Vegas because of their so-called resort fees, pay for parking, fear of getting 86'ed for winning $40, and local professional craps players that will rob you blind.
