28 rolls without a seven doesn't look too bad to me. Were you out on the 8 & 9 Mssthis1?
You do not get to know how many of a number will hit, and then attach a strategy to the run.
Tell me what your strategy will be, Then I will give you the run. I think you will find the going a little tougher. More like the real game is.
To play a regression strategy, is to give the house, a progression strategy, which they will take. To play aprogression strategy, is to give the house, a regression strategy, which they will take.
I've played both from time to time, and my biggest winners came from a progressive strategy, but they are few in number. I've had many many more trip winners playing a regression strategy, but most were modest winners, of less than a thousand dollars, many, way less.
You mean I don’t get to see the results and then tell you how fat my wallet would be??
Say it ain’t so.
Let me think, Tickey tickey tock....$1 progesssion, carry the 3, add $1.17, $2.34....carry the 4, multiply the 4.68....
Drinks for everyone!
I Play the lowest house edge first, in this case Place the 6 & 8 with but 1.5% Casino Odds & pressing.. As these Hit, expand to the 5 & 9... Only go to the 4 & 10 if they are point #'s & hit.
Do you guys get any entertainment value out of playing? While I like to win and try to limit my playing where the house has a higher edge, I try to keep it fun...the last thing I want to do is mentally masturbate my every move...
Keep it up!
The rest of us need some losers @ the table.
Yes. The 8 was at 40/400 when I pulled the odds.
My wife just hit a 11k progressive on bingo tonight. I scratched out 300 on the bubble machine.
If you only knew how well I've done the last 2 years playing, you wouldn't post this nonsense.
That's some pretty strong shooting, & definitely qualifies as Influence. More than 50% of the rolls were the clumping numbers of 6,8, & 9.
If this hand is any indication of how you normally toss.....I would NEVER bet the ATS on your hands. Ya might wanna consider a few " Hop bets" in the future.
Congrats on a stellar hand!!
Colored in did you? That's interesting. Has all of the appearances of a bubble roll.
You took "craps" in the fifth grade? You must have been in one of those "gifted" schools. We didn't have craps until the seventh grade, but I don't remember the craps professor saying anything about it being "random". In fact, Professor Hall, urged us to remove the word random from our vocabulary.
I wish they were all like that, lol. Previous session on a regular table the first hand was a decent one. I was up around $400 and could of walked away with a good win if I'd of regressed that hand and walked since I had at least that much on the layout, maybe more. Instead I hung around and tossed 3 PSO's in a row to turn a win into a $150 loss. By then more players had showed up so I left and lost money at Blackjack. Wife struck out on bingo that night too.
You think you understand 1. You think you know 2, because 1 and 1 makes 2. But, do you understand "and"? - Sufi Proverb -
...with all due respect.
Do Sufi's make a lot of money playing craps? What is a "Sufi" anyway?
Holy shit! You & I are playing the wrong game. I have got to learn how to play that game Mssthis1. Wonder if the baron will teach me how. I mention him only because he seems to know everything about a lot of things.
As a way of respect, I will begin calling him by his military title, Herr Rittmeister.
How did you do???
Fighting Statistics is a Losing BATTLE..
why would you answer someone who makes such a bullshit post.?
the reason he posts we need losers at the table is because he is the biggest loser there and ya know the old saying, misery loves company.
I've only played seriously for the last 2 years. I go to Vegas twice a year, feb and aug, for 2 days each. In Feb 2017 I broke even, in Aug 2017 I was +700, Feb 2018 was +900, Aug 2018 was +2600 and Feb 2019 was -100. That is taking into account all costs of being there, food, hotel, tips, gas, etc. While I do realize I'm not going to have positive results every time.
I play a more disciplined game than I did while I played blackjack. Use a per session bankroll and a total trip bankroll. What I find most interesting is that the bulk of those wins come in 1 or 2 sessions and in a short amount of time. 2 or 3 shooters will go on a roll and that will be it. Hang out after those and it's a slow bleed down as you wait for the dice to come back to you, then it's usually not the same type of hot roll. So, if after a few hot rolls there are a couple quick 7 outs, I color up and cash in. Will go to the cage, get cash and take some kind of break. Usually get some food, sit at a $5 blackjack table or play slots with $100 max in, just to get some time away. It works for me.
I'll try to be patient with just about anybody. I realize he doesn't have a clue about who I am, how I play or what my objectives are, so I'll answer in a patient manner and if they continue with the dooshery, I just ignore their nonsense after that.
